Brought our car here after an accident. A deer ruined our front passenger side. They fixed the body work and didn't seem to check under the hood. Gave us our car back, we drove it that night and it overheated. Took it back to them, they claimed they fixed it. We drove it again breaking down yet again. We took it too our mechanic to see what was going on. He tells us we now have a cracked head gasket. All because they didn't do their job correctly. Thankfully our insurance is letting our mechanic make all necessary repairs. Beware if taking your car here.

Took car in to repair bumper and grill and they returned it with my dashboard lit up like Christmas. They tell me to drive about 30 miles and it should reset .it didn't so they sent me to the service department they are charging me for diagnostic when it should be on Carbone collision. They obviously damaged something during the process.

I waited patiently for my car to be repaired for almost 2 weeks. When I finally received my car, the sideview mirror was not working. It would not adjust for me to see clearly cars coming from behind. The mirror was ordered new and yet warped or distorted. Not one person thought to check to make sure this mirror was working properly before I was told to come get it. They should have been prepared with the necessary parts when I brought my car in initially for an estimate, and they should have made sure that everything was running smoothly and working properly before sending me on my way with my car that I trusted to be safe and functional.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. DO NOT take your vehicle there. They have had my sons 20424 car for over two months and they don't care. Excuses after excuses. Just incompetence from everyone there.

These guys could not have been nicer! My parents had some damage to their car and this was the place our insurance recommended...I can see why. While no one wants to need to repair their car, this is the place to go if you do. Chelsea is super sweet and helpful as well as the guys doing the work.

I now give this place 5 out of 5 stars. When my vehicle repair was postponed multiple weeks waiting on 1 part, my truck sat with the repair center. Due to the long duration of time that went by without running my engine in the extreme cold, the battery completely died and I had to purchase a new one. I wrote a previous review in which I voiced my issue of having to buy a battery right after picking up my truck and I was asked to reach out to Mike by Carbone. After speaking with Mike he apologized for the issue and offered to pay for the battery. I was very surprised with the amount of care Carbone had for their quality of work and for how their customers feel treated. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of repairs.

They were able to get the door back in place as close to perfectly as possible. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and the group's professionalism. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Brought my car here after hitting an animal. Original estimate sent to insurance was $1800. Only cosmetic damage to headlight, bumper, and fender. They then added a list of unnecessary repairs (on parts that were NOT damaged in the accident) and somehow brought the cost of damages up to $6000 which totaled my car. My insurance said they would honor a new estimate from this shop if they removed the unnecessary repairs. They refused. Insurance said I could get it repaired for less if I got a salvage title. This place said if I did that they would charge an extra $235 to reassemble the car for me to pick it up. I was driving the car for a week after the accident. There was no internal damage. My car was paid off, in good condition, and I had no choice but to buy a new car. Just because of ~$2000 worth of ACTUAL damages. This place is a SCAM.

Carbone collision center had my car for almost a month. Waiting on parts. I called them and asked about my vehicle, they said they are awaiting parts but I can come pick it up and bring it back in when parts are in. Ok I will do that I thought. Got there and the car just didn't look like it used too, new scratches missing screws and such, I said no you can keep it and get it right. "They did" two days later. I took my car before they did more damage to it. As the days went by I only noticed more and more things done wrong on it there's over spray everywhere car is covered on some white powder inside many of the pins that hold either the door covers are gone or all messed up, the longer I look the worse it gets. People in the front desk were nice and they were the only ones I saw no evaluator assesor nothing not even a call from them. Poorly done Carbone sad.

Edit: I wasn't confused, I clearly understood what was said. Mike called me yesterday and asked if i was coming in to pick up my car if not he would have it towed. First sentence. No prior conversation or warning. I brought the car there last week for a repair estimate $7k, the quote took them a couple days no big deal. I left The car there for a few additional days while waiting for the insurance company to give them the go ahead to fix it. We are talking Thursday to Tuesday. It’s wild to think this employees first response is to threaten a client of the business. It just shows poor management and no leadership at that business. Apparently Mike is the manager so it’s obvious there will be no correction to his unprofessional behavior. I bought my last 3 vehicles at dons ford, never again.

I've never had a worse experience with any business. I used Carbone Collision because their repairs are guaranteed via my insurance. All my car needed was paint repair on two doors after it had been keyed and scratched. This is a brand new 2021 Nissan rogue which I'd purchased in 01/2022. Carbone called me on 05/18/22 to tell me my vehicle's paint repair was complete. When I inspected the vehicle I found that they'd left the vehicle filthy inside. They'd left all sorts of white dusty substance all over the vehicle. The interior is black so you literally can't miss it. An employee looked at the vehicle and agreed that it was supposed to be detailed and the external issues in the paint and so-on was unacceptable. So, we left if for another day for them to clean it. 05/19 rolls around and I'm told it's complete again. I arrived at the shop after work and upon inspection it was most certainly not cleaned. So that brings us to today, the third day in which Carbone told me this vehicle was completed. Now, the interior is definitely cleaner than it was, but there is discoloration of the steering wheel that wasn't' there before, a sizable dent in the detailing that wasn't there before, and that's just the interior (which they again did not fully clean the white substance from). On the outside, nearly every single surface has scratches in it. I'm including pictures. There's dried WHITE paint on my BLACK vehicle in several spots. My brand new car looks like it's at least three years old, when it's literally brand new off the lot as of 01/22. I'm reporting them to my insurance. This was only supposed to be an easy paint repair, and instead my vehicle looks worse now than when it was vandalized! EDIT: I just wanted to give a shout out to Chelsea (hope I spelled it right) who was the only Carbone employee that was helpful and I greatly appreciate her. Other than Chelsea, this is the worst experience and they completely ruined the exterior and interior of my vehicle.

Hit a deer, brought my car to get fixed, now everytime I take a hard turn the lights telling me my safety system isn't working comes on! *Edit* Sorry for the bad review. Your tech who showed me the problem was awesome! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is a piece of information that should have been relayed to me about an oil leak when I picked up the car, and some of the body work is honestly just OK. I found some paint drippage on the hood and the plastic cladding on front fender isn't tight to the body like it was before the accident. But I'm picky and the imperfections are mostly unnoticeable.
