I truly love this place and even more the entire team at CDJR. They outshine all the competition in the neighborhood and beyond. The most important thing is to always understand that since they are so good they will always be busy and at times it will be hard to connect with them and or schedule an appointment. Give them a little time and keep trying and you will have one of their awesome service professionals reach out and get you going. That is just what to expect when you have a superior quality of service that so many yearn for. I really think that everyone at this place truly does their best to look out for your best interest. It feels like their are looking out for one of their own family members and you can be assured that you are in Great hands. I try to catch the mechanics as much as I can because they do an awesome job and they do it fast so you can keep moving and life surely does not stop and they understand that. They know you need your car and how important your car is to you and your family. I cant thank them enough and my gratitude is beyond any words because I truly appreciate their love for what they do. I am blessed to have leased my car here and have it serviced here. Finally a true place for a true leasing experience. Cole was super professional when I came in and right away taking my information gave me an idea of how this experience will be. He made everything super easy and explained everything thoroughly. Speaking to Jake I can say that it is amazing to see someone a few steps ahead of you. While you are thinking of a repair on your car, he is a few steps ahead, already working an estimate and schedule that would work best for you. Thank you for accommodating. It was a pleasure to speak to Megan. Erick who is the service manager reassures you that everything will be perfect. Thank you for everything you guys all do. God bless you and also I would highly recommend to stop at the sales department and talk to their amazing staff to see if you can help a friend or a family member get a great deal on a great car. I love my Dodge Hornet, the European interior, the curvy Maserati designs, and the awesome electric driving option which I use daily. Had an appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours for them to complete. Found that I was missing a lug nut, probably from the tire rotation they did before. They charged me 25.04 for a lug nut!!!! That is so ridiculous! The service guy was very nice but I suspect was still learning the job. If you have to get your oil change and you can not do it yourself, book an afternoon for them to do it and like 70.00 dollars.

Been a customer for years, but will no longer because of the service department. Between breaking the roof rack on my band new van, having all the oil leak in my driveway a day after taking our new jeep in for a oil change. And to top it off the rude girl that works in service. My future business will definitely go to NYE in Oneida.

Do not take your car here for an oil change. They will tighten the drain plug so hard that it is impossible for you to take off.
