Dear Lord.. where to begin. First one soda machine doesn't work and they explain to you that you need to push a button. No really? Doesn't work. I got fried zucchini which was absolutely horrible. Too much seasoning in batter and the batter tasted old. Kids got chicken stars and fries. They were starving as they slept through lunch and it was now dinner. We were curious bc they weren't eating it. So we tried it. The best way to describe it is the taste you get when you get your dog's hair in your mouth. My husbands burger was not tasteful at all. The fries were dead cold and stale like they were the fries from yesterday. When we arrived no one would take our order. As two employees talked to each other and the other on the phone. The person that ordered a super large order after us got their order before ours. Super rude employees. Take the time to drive across town to the other location. Or just eat somewhere else. Oh and I heard them say that the customers in the drive thru drive away.. they had been waiting for their two sandwiches only order for too long.. someone needs to step in.. it's bad when kids who love fries and chicken won't touch it and the parents won't touch it. $30 down the drain. We just left it bc it was that horrible

I had to leave a review on the Angus Double Guacamole Bacon Burger, I just had on 12/11/23 that I picked up at 1:11pm. ''IT WAS THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD!!!" Even if you don't like Guacamole. Get the same Burger without it; you will not be disappointed. I want to give a special shout out to the cook (I went thru drive thru, so I don't know who you were) who made it fresh and to perfection!!! First time I have ever had a burger that ACTUALLY Looked like the picture on the advertisement. It was flavorful and GREAT!! It was a little pricey but worth it and more!!! Thanks for making my food HOT and GOOD!

I got the biscuit, egg cheese, and sausage sandwich. The biscuit was hard and dry. The eggs were super thin and so dry it was crispy. The side of gravy I purchased was water thin. It was so bad I couldn't finish eating it. I'm so disappointed! The cashier was really nice and talkative, so it made the wait time, almost 15 minutes in the drive thru (I was the only person there), not as bad.

Overpriced. Food preparer did not wear any gloves while handling food. And food quality was no good. Old fries, burnt patty. ( To the owner-I saw your response and tried to copy and paste like you suggested, but took me nowhere. Try to respond again and leave a contact that will actually reach you if you care. Since you don't want me to contact you directly, I will state it here. Customers are not a priority to you. It's obvious that money is your only motivation. That also explains at lunchtime that I was the only one in your resturant. That says alot. Your resturant cleanliness, quality of food and service and price of your food is the reason you have no people in your resturant. Consider retirement while you are ahead.

Carl's Jr Menu On-line is COMPLETELY Different than what's in the Restaurant.. Impossible Star was Removed MONTHS ago.. and the BACON BEAST Doesn't Exist anymore..
I got the Big Angus Star Meal.. Large Drink & Fries for $18+ !?!?
It didn't even look like the Picture..
It would've been Cheaper to go to a Restaurant and have a Gourmet Hamburger Meal..

For barely ever being busy at this location they're super slow at taking orders & getting your food to you in a timely manner. I've had the last straw with the employees at this location. The lady who took my family's order was extremely rude, inappropriate & unprofessional. She saw us come in, didn't greet us but walked away to act like she was busy but no one was inside at all or in the drive-thru. After some time past she finally walked up but boy was her attitude definitely not welcoming or ok in any way at all. She gave us a few eye rolls, rushed us to order (even though there was still no one inside or in the drive-thru), refused to allow us to get the specials that they offered because she claimed those posed on their windows were old & no longer available (however we get emails & saw the promotional advertisement commercials they had so this makes no sense at all), the chicken was undercooked & a bit cold, the hamburger meat had a funny smell, the onion rings were overly cooked, there was no chicken in the taco salad & she still added salsa even though we said NO salsa, & we were missing the star chicken nuggets.

Im literally writing this review as im still waiting for my order. It took the staff 5 minutes to even say anything at the speaker in drive thru and once im finally getting my order taken ... IT WAS THE RUDEST EXPERIENCE. The cashier Sandra as it states on my receipt was so rude about my simple order. Couldn't even comprehend simple instruction. It was very sad to get this sort of treatment specially after a long hard day. I understand it was later in the night and they are tired, but a customer is a customer no matter the time. Anyways, definetly wont come eat here again. Look at that, after waiting at the window 10 minutes im finally getting my food (2 BYOB late nights). So simple and still rude upon giving me my food.

I recently visited this Carl's Jr. to enjoy a burger after work. The shift manager, an older woman, was upset about my order and told another employee that I was being picky. This is not the first time she has been upset with my orders; there have been multiple occasions where I have received attitude from this same shift manager. I will not be returning due to the unwelcome attitude I receive from that person specifically.

El Diablo Burger. Seriously music is bumping morning to night I go for breakfast and dinner to dine in. The dine in experience in the best, and nobody does it so if you're looking for a little treasure come dine in. Staff is awesome. Whoever the chefs are are awesome. I've been coming in a week straight and can say breakfast is good, dinner is good, staff is nice to everyone I'm even homeless. They accept EBT and that's why I come everyday. Thank you for helping me out! Food is bomb and worth the money and long as you can afford it. Put some money aside and come in for sure, but save more cause you'll be back to jam out inside

Never again. Carls is done. I will never eat at a Carls ever again. I could not believe how they sold me a large fry that looked like a medium fry. Shrinkflation for sure. I wasn’t even mad about the prices. It was paying high prices and getting robbed by a small portion size. Carls lost a customer forever. I will now be going to Carl’s competition that had not reduced portion sizes and offers the 5.00 meal deal. Lastly, I use to eat at Carl’s once a week. Forever. Carl’s needs to remember I was a life long customer since I was a kid. I remember what a large fry looked like, and what the portion size was.
