They took my vehicle in when no local dealership in my area would and helped me get my vehicle back in a timely manner. Eduardo and his team checked for all the warranties on my vehicle, order the parts, and keep me in the loop on what was going on which are are getting replaced as well on replacing my engine due to it locking up. Gotta say im super impressed! Needed a new transmission, they put in a new one in about a week and it runs great!. I even got a brand new rental similar to my car, which truely made getting to work a piece of cake! Very happy and impressed! Its been a week, took it out of town and it ran like new! My daughter took her car in for a knock sensor and was charged twice within 3 month period. So again sensor goes on and this time car was taken to Future Kia Clovis, who said she never should of been charged. Eduardo in Visalia charged her twice and now will be getting a new engine and refunded $691.00. Shame on you Visalia Kia. Visalia Kia you need to re evaluate your Service Dept.

The maintenance on my Kia was great. As was the service. However, my car got dented while it was parked in their parking lot and they refused to take responsibility for the damage. Your response is incorrect. She did not pick up the vehicle, I did. I did an inspection of the engine bay since that is where the maintenance got performed. Your worker did not ask me to do one either. That friend with her, was my son with me. I asked repeatedly to check your security cameras, since they are all over the place, so I could see who, when and how my wife's car got damaged and apparently every single camera there is non functional. But it's okay. My insurance is taking care of me. Your dealership however, will never take care of my car again.

I recently purchased a new Kia in southern California, but needed another key programmed. I had tried to get the job done at my local dealer, Selma Kia, but they were rude, expensive, and wouldn't schedule an appt for me for two months. Imagine how delighted I was when Eduardo told me that as long as I brought my vehicle in before 10 am, he could get the job done for me within the hour. Not only that, but the price was significantly less than I had been quoted at Selma Kia. Eduardo was friendly and efficient. I was out of there in no time. Thank you, Eduardo. Worst service ever. Made special trip into Visalia for first service per agreement. Was told to be back in an hour. Returned to find the vehicle had not been touched. Missed their chance to make a devoted customer. Disappointed.

Went to get my car serviced this morning, the two ladies sitting to the side of the service center didn’t feel the need to acknowledge me and simply say hello someone would be with me shortly. Too busy carrying on with their personal conversations. I stood there with my daughter for a few minutes before I finally said something. Then the service department told me I didn’t need service after all and failed to apologize for wasting my time. What a shame especially since I bought my car from that dealership a year ago.

Would not recommend anyone to go here. Save your time and go elsewhere. These people are not a man of there words and will not honor anything they have mentioned they would in previous meetings and are a bunch of hustlers. They don’t care about their customers it seems like. I’ve been with them for two years and I regret every bit of it.

Very disappointed as i wasted my time and gas coming over here for my service, just to be told after an hour and a half of waiting, that they hadn't begun my service yet because they put other vehicles before mine on accident. I scheduled my appointment accordingly and you guys made me waste time i DO NOT have. Its inconvenient to drive all this way in the middle of the day just to get NOTHING done. Now i have to reschedule for another time that accomodates my work/school/ and kids schedule. If i didnt pay for the services already you would have definitely lost a customer.

I purchased a vehicle from Kia last year in April, my purchase went so smooth I was so excited that it had. But the service center is horrible. My AC went out and with it being hot they were not willing to work with me on getting it in as soon as possible. I understand people need their vehicles worked on and everyone wants it done now. But my ac going out in hot weather is horrible. I have also had to fix a flat that they caused but they blamed me. I had just had my tires checked a few says before due to a return trip from Los Angeles. I would not recommend this service center.

Went in to schedule an appointment for my wife’s Kia Rio for a recall, spoke with Vince who was the most rude, unhelpful, unfriendly service person I have ever encountered! He made it apparent he didn’t want to help, and made no effort too! The Kia was parked right at the front door, but said to come back with the Vin # and the owner (my wife). I have never had any service person say that I couldn’t bring a car in unless I was the registered owner. Regardless I went outside and got the vin# for him, and walked back in. As I walked in Vince walked to the back and another service person by the name of Maria said she would help me as Vince was going home. Maria on the other hand was very friendly and helped me schedule an appointment. she said the registered owner didn’t need to be there to drop off the car, which Vince lied about, I asked to speak with a manager but apparently they were gone, and I filled out a form online to have someone get back to me about this horrible service and it’s been 5 days and no call. Shame because I was thinking of getting a new car for my wife, but I will definetly not be getting one from Visalia Kia, because of their customer service. It makes sense why they have horrible google reviews. Should have listened to by gut feeling and avoided Visalia Kia.
