My husband’s GMC Sierra 1500 broke before deployment (like not drivable broke, needed both banks of lifters replaced and a new cam shaft) and Berea was able to fit us in so his truck was safe/drivable before he left. They came in way below the dealer’s cost and were delightful to work with. They also squeezed in time to do the brakes on my F Pace before my husband left, giving him peace of mind that both our vehicles were squared away during his absence. Then there was a minor issue with a belt right before my husband got back from deployment (perfect timing, right?). Again, Berea was able to fit me in so my husband could come home and relax instead of having to make appointments for his truck. They were flexible with drop off and pick up dates/times, which is a big deal when you’re only one person and are trying to coordinate rides around a busy work schedule. Berea provided great service for fair prices and even got the belt covered under warranty from the previous work done. They also went the extra mile and followed up with us, checking on how the truck was doing. As a military family, we move around a lot and finding businesses who deliver the level of customer service Berea provided is quite challenging. We’ll be Berea customers as long as we are in the area!

They are so thorough and honest. I'm so glad I took my car to them. Had some problems with the brakes. They found the initial problem immediately, but upon test driving, noticed something else that I had been having some problems with too. Rather than just charge me for calibers and brakes, they continued to test and inspect and found out it was the abs. I have a 2009 and it wasn't worth it to replace with a new one. They saved me so much money by finding a used one. It took a little time, but I'm so grateful for them. And I let them know I would be patient for whatever they needed to do. 100% satisfied.

I've known Ozzie (owner of Berea Automotive) for 10yrs who I now consider a very good friend who has worked on every vehicle, utility trailers, RV trailer that I've owned since I've known him.which is a dozen or more. He is a very Honest, hard working, I'm going to fix it right kind of Man. Thru the 40yrs we've been in business I have conducted business W/ many individuals & companies in relation to our Landscape Company both thru good & bad economic times, businesses come & go depending on their customer service. We were almost ready to leave on a long RV trip up North to Yellowstone and other parks in the area. When I doing a safety check on the RV. I found we had a possible master Brake cylinder failure about to happen. Berea Automotive saved the day. They installed a great Napa master brake cylinder, flushed out all of the old brake fluid in the total system in 1 Day. Wow is all I could say. They are our mechanical heroes. These people are amazing. After several months of frustration driving our RV with no cruise control. They found the problem after a thorough and intense search for the problem and the cause of the problem. They were able to fix it and replace the C. C. Module. Now it works like new again. Thanks again. Fabulous job.
