Single Mom w a 2009 CLS Mercedes Benz. My mother had this car on her last days of Cancer; Dad thought to give her a nice gift to take her places; Mom died shortly after and did not enjoy the car much; I then took over payments and kept the car; fast forwarding to now; John treated me courteously and explained issue w the car. He did not overcharge me for services, gave me pointers as far as mechanical maintenance and repaired the initial problem; oil leak w other engine items. Very satisfied with his services and honest owner of a repair shop. Staff was courteous and car was ready on time.

I called on a Monday morning with no appointment scheduled, as a new customer, and was still able to bring my vehicle in that day to be seen. I had 2 repairs done, and the total for both repairs, was still less than the next cheapest place I had called for just 1 of those repairs. In fact, when John told me the estimate, I asked him if he was sure, because the price seemed too low. I am very happy with the job done and would definitely recommend.

These guys are amazing! John & his team are great! I have a Porsche Cayenne and hard to find someone trustworthy to do repairs & maintenance on foreign cars. As a first time customer I was thrilled! I took a old Mercedes there and asked John to go through it for me to ensure longevity. He was great, super knowledgable and treated my vehicle as though it were his own. His employees were very nice and his pricing was fair. John always takes good care of my vehicle with attention to my family's safety. He is honest, fair, and trustworthy. The only negative is that they are so busy these days that the cars are stacked up in every direction, so it is best to make an appointment and plan on leaving your car for the day if possible. It is worth it, though, for the peace of mind to know he will do a good job and not gouge you or charge you for anything unnecessary.

Oh my gosh! John saved me thousands of dollars. Went to Mercedes dealership and was quoted 6,200 and that was with a discount. I WAS TOLD ABOUT CARLISLE'S AUTO SERVICE....stopped in to see him....he ran check engine light diagnosis test....for FREE Dealership charged me 229.00 for the diagnosis test. Needed a repair to a Mercedes, called three times and talked to a very nice person that said each time that I would get a call back to let me know if they could do the repair (drive shaft). Never got a return call, my experience was no communication. YMMV

John knows more about Mercedes than Mercedes does and a lot cheaper than the dealer. Had some more work done on my SL55 AMG and my car feels like it's new John found that my Alternator was messing up and replaced it and now everything is working on my car right when I crank it up.
