Disappointed in the service today. I had a great first experience there and decided to go back. But, today was terrible. I was over charged and when I shared my experience with another associate who was telling me about my brake issue (even though I was told just 10 min prior that my brakes were fine). He said he would tell the manager to see what they could do. Manager never came and when I asked him about the manager who was clearly standing in front of him, he lied and said he was off at lunch. I'm literally in disbelief. However, lesson well learned on my part.

They did a great job with the oil change, but neglected to do any of the extra services like check the air pressure, or fill the fluids, even after I asked if it was done.Kind of disappointing but was very impressed with the customer service and short wait times.

I love this location. I drive all the way from Northside by Lake Gibson to go here because it's worth it. The staff is always so respectful and friendly. I've brought multiple vehicles here with no issues. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off, or they are pushing to fix problems that aren't there, and they never are pushy about problems that do need to be fixed. Steve runs a really great store, I never feel uncomfortable and I truly enjoy having conversations with him. He's a very genuine down to earth man and trust him completely with my car(s). He cares about his customers safety above anything else. I'm usually in and out in less than 30 min, but I typically go first thing in the morning around 9:30am. I've had oil changes, valve cover replacement, and spark plugs replaces. When I need my brakes done, I'll be going there too. Great store, great staff, awesome management! 10/10 recommend!

CAUTION!!! My wife came back from getting her oil changed and they left her air filter sitting on the engine and broke the filler cap for the washer fluid. After driving a couple days she noticed the oil light was on. I checked the oil pressure guage and it was sky high. I checked the oil and it was over a quart over filled. I am hoping there was no damage. Hey Jiffy Lube, you had one job! Maybe check the dipstick after you add the oil? After this i wouldn't let them touch my carscever again!

Very disappointed in the bait and switch tactic they use. I called yesterday and they told me a full synthetic oil change with tax and fees out the door would be right around 100 dollars. He even said with the 26 off coupon they offered it would be around 80 bucks. When I go to pay he tells me I owe $110.00. How is this okay????? Things like that have customers walking out determined to never give you business again.

The staff at this location were pleasant and they got my vehicle right in. The work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. However, I felt the cost was a bit much for what I had done: $161 for a simple oil change and tire rotation seems a little steep. And that was after applying a $26 coupon I found online.

I went in and told the front desk person I would like spark plugs replaced as well as the mechanic doing work. they added fuel throttle service without my knowledge or permission. I wound up paying this bogus service 150 extra dollars. this is an upsell scam without advising the customer. I'm not happy about this will not use the company any longer

I am a certified mechanic. Because my service truck is brand new, I am forced to bring it to a quick lube center for warranty purposes. I chose Jiffy Lube because I was told that they will grease the front end (Yes, there are still vehicles out there that have grease fittings). I already knew I was in trouble when I had to explain to the kid what I wanted done. When the service was done, I asked if the front end was greased as requested. He said "let me go down into the pit and double check". I was given the thumbs up and told I was all set. Well, they picked the wrong person to lie to. Being as the truck is brand new, even an untrained eye could tell that NONE of the 9 fittings were even touched. And while I was under there, I finished tightening the oil filter which they had also neglected to do! If you don't want to do your job, be honest about it. I had to use a "Take 5" one other time, and at least they told me up front that they don't even own a grease gun.

Very frustrating experience at Jiffy Lube. The last time I was here, my oil change took 30–45 minutes. Today, I waited 20 minutes and never even got pulled into a bay. There was no communication about the delay, and at one point they backed another car in ahead of me without saying anything. I ended up leaving without getting my oil changed and went down the street to Take 5 Oil Change instead. I won’t be back.

I received the best customer service from this place. Nana who was my tech was VERY Knowledgeable and even caught a oil leak in my valve gasket that I wouldn't of known had I not gone in there that day.She also told me I needed 2 front tires. She recommended synthetic oil which she said was better for my car. I immediately took car to the dealer since I was planning a road trip up in a couple of weeks and they confirmed I did have a oil leak. If there was a 10 🌟 option I would definitely give her that. She saved my engine had she not caught that oil leak! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Dale Mabry next to the Chipotle today around 5:30pm and receive excellent customer service by Tamiko James and his team. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out In no time. My car felt so smooth driving on the highway, as I drive from tampa to winter haven every day. So a good oil change is imperative. This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and my main goal was to find a shop where I wasn't going to get ripped off (*cough cough* Take 5 Oil). The staff here at Jiffy was professional and didn't give me the run around or try to push me into getting services I wasn't looking for. They were upfront about everything, especially Alex; he answered all of my questions for everything that was getting done today and estimates for services in the future. The shop also took $30 off my conventional oil change, so I only paid $50 when it was all said and done. As of right now, it's safe to say I'll be making another trip back here when it's time for my next oil change 🙂

This has been my go-to service shop for over a decade and two vehicles… today’s visit was terrific and the team was awesome. Nena and Caridad showed their leadership skills as they trained a newer associate. Gabriel and Alejandro were polite and thorough.
