We are new to the area and have been looking for a good, honest, reliable and of course a reasonable mechanic to service our business vehicles. We contacted L&S based on thier stellar reviews. We were told by another company that the front brake pads needed to be changed very soon. Contacted Steve via Facebook and he promptly responded to my inquiry. We were able to schedule an appointment a few days later. Lee contacted me 15 minutes prior to his arrival as I requested. He arrived on time, professional and friendly. He determined that the pads did not need to be replaced and still had a good amount of life on them. These vehicles are on the road daily transporting people to and from the airports, accumulating thousands of miles per month, so it's imperative that the vehicles are maintained properly. He did a system check of the rear brakes and said the rear brakes were also in satisfactory condition. We sincerely appreciate the honesty, as most mechanics would just replace the pads as the work order indicated. Both Lee and Steve had the 3 P's we look for : Professional, Polite and Prompt. We look forward to business relationship for future repairs and maintenance on our business and personal vehicles. Highly recommended !

Have had work done twice with Steve doing the work both times. Knowledgeable, efficient, honest and reasonably priced service. Easy to work with. Five stars! UPDATE: the first two services were 2 1/2 year ago to rectify sloppy installation of a motor rebuilt by an Tampa engine rebuilder. Less than a week after picking up the vehicle up and paying $4500 I lost power and was stranded on hwy 60. I called L&S to do a diagnosis and repair of the situation. Steve responded and found the rebuilder/installer had left the engine control module harness on the exhaust manifold melting the harness and shorting the fuel injectors. Steve quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and I was up and running with minimal expense. The second episode occurred when the AC lost is cooling. ( The engine shop disconnected AC to pull the engine and upon reconnection re-charged freon but never verified their work). I scheduled with Steve and he serviced the system quickly, efficiently, and very reasonably. At that time I had him write an estimate to replace a faulty heater core and he advised that while the dash was out the AC evaporator core should be replaced. I agreed and told him that I wanted to wait to see if the engine would hold up before putting that much expense into it. Fast forward to May 2025. I had developed a slow coolant leak and asked Steve to diagnose the issue. He found a leak at the water pump gasket and so I scheduled to have that repaired and to do the service he quoted me prior. ( No charge for diagnosis!) Work was scheduled for 28 May 25 and I dropped the vehicle off the day before and waited. About 4 pm on the service date he called and informed me he was finished and I was ready for pickup. When I arrived he opened the hood to show me the work and photos taken at each stage of the repair. Remove and replace water pump and antifreeze, removed the dash and completely rebuilt the HVAC, new heater core, AC evaporator core, AC compressor, and freon...all in a day. You would never know the dash was out...all knobs, lights, indicators functioned as they should. I can't say enough about how pleased I am at the results and the professionalism of Steve and L&S mobile. Do can business with them confident that you will receive the best service and value. As for the tampa engine builder....no review. I won't name or bad mouth them cause stuff happens. Thanks Steve..anything comes up in the future you got the job...5 stars again!

We had a great experience with L&S. The customer service and responsiveness is easily 5 stars alone. The communication was prompt, polite and courteous. I received a written quote messaged to me within minutes. Our mechanic Lee was punctual and even called me in the morning of our appointment to touch base. Lee was very professional and effectively changed our breaks in a timely and confident manner. My favorite take away is that he came to us and complete the fix right in our driveway. After the service was complete he gave us a printed statement of services. He even took the time to help me troubleshoot an issue with our other vehicle. L&S exceeded our expectations at a fraction of the cost to that of an automechanic's garage. My take aways: Great value, confident work, excellent customer service and super convenient.

I have been using L&S for about two years now. Lee does my oil changes and any other repairs that my aging Jeep needs. He has been reliable, friendly, professional, and excellent. I have peace of mind knowing that I have a reliable and trustworthy mechanic that is going to do honest work at a fair price. L&S is also very convenient! I work two jobs and Lee is always able to accommodate. My jeep gets fixed or maintenanced from the comfort of my own home, at a rate lower than if I were to take it to a brick & mortar shop.
