I came in on a Wednesday when I really wasn’t feeling my best—dealing with an infection, my tire PSI was low, and I was trying to keep things within a tight budget. From the moment I arrived, the team completely turned my day around. I’m not sure how the ratings are so high! We called Saturday morning for a 9am Sunday morning appointment we arrive at 8:55 no one is in the shop on the door says closed. We call the number back to ensure we are at the right location that booked the appointment. A guy pulls in as we are on the phone with I’m guessing a call center he walks out the car at 9:07 we try to ask him if they are indeed open and if the appointment was there. Blank stare and walks into the door locking it behind him. My husband is at the door waiting with our 1 year old and the guy comes about 14 mins later unlocks the door throws it open and turns around before we could even put our hand on the door. I told my husband it is several tire shops on this street we do not have to deal with this. We drove three seconds down to TIRE KINGDOM and was treated with dignity and RESPECT.

The shop manager is wonderful! I had an appointment to rotate my tires earlier today, not only did they get me in an hour earlier than my appointment time (at my request), they got it done so quickly!! I had my 1 year old with me and he is into EVERY THING, so for this service to be done so quickly, was such a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. (Only had to chase him around for 15 mins instead of a hour like most places.) Thank you all so much for your hard work! I will definitely be recommending them to my friends! 😊

If I could give no stars, I would. Waste of time(8 hours) money and energy. Excuses and BS reasons why a tire change job couldn't be done. They waited until they brought it into the 1st shop, 6 hours later( 2 days) to tell me it couldn't be done. Then sent me to another local store, only to find a lack in communication between Juan ,Josh/ Keith and absolutely no desire to get it done. Placing blame on one another. ( Internal problems) 1.I bought tires through Amazon. ( Amazon doesn't charge enough for the install 26.00 a tire instead of 50 plus a tire. So tire choice wont do it because they lose money. Not my problem, talk to corporate and Amazon. 2. Not enough people. Who isn't short handed. Besides I had an appointment. = priority. 3. Don't have the equipment or supplies. Your an auto repair facility. The other location ( S. Fl Ave) said you did have the correct equipment. So who do I believe. The job was NOT done. I got the run around. Corporate was contacted. Went to discount tire! A++ UPDATE. After a 340.00 tpms purchase from tire choice neither discount tire nor Chevrolet can program/ relearn the units. So now I need to return to the store, pay more money for programming ( if I wasn't sold the wrong part.) That should be fun! Tire choice could not program. After jumping through hoops, got a refund.

Poor customer service by an assistant manager. Called ahead before I had my truck towed their for a blown radiator. Called at 4:15pm on Sep 4th. Was told to bring it there and was told they would look at it. Arrived alittle after 5pm. Was then told there was noone there to look at it till 8am the next morning. He was there alone and didn't work on anything in the shop the whole time I was there. I left at 6:30 pm. They closed at 7pm that's why I called first. He occupied his work time with is girlfriend or wife which is who was with him.

I called Brandon needing a new valve stem because mine was cracked and he was a nice gentleman he told me to just bring it in they would take care of me at no charge. They were very kind and helpful in keeping my car on the road so I can make it to work for the week. They are always respectful and try their hardest to get you back on the road as fast and safe as possible. The facility is always clean and cool. Thank you for helping me keep my wheels turning and I would definitely recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for a good safe place to have their tire work done. Your guys are Awesome! When I called to make an appointment it went directly to an international call center. The call-taker quoted me the wrong price and provided misleading information about a price reduction for the service I needed. If she had explained it was a rebate instead of a coupon that would have made a difference in my decision-making, but it felt deceptive once I found out the full story. In contrast, the folks at the physical store were upfront, honest, and apologetic about the misinformation I was provided, no issues with them at all.

Went for a wheel alignment asked to check components before I got the alignment was told that everything looked fine, but the sound still persist. And now vehicle pulls to the right and back wheels was not aligned, which should’ve been because it’s on a Mercedes-Benz and they have four wheel alignment not just 2 and was not in that long enough to even do a perfect alignment. Kind of stir crazy.

Brand new tires with an alignment done at this location within 18k my front left tire was showing steel treads. Purchased two brand new tires from Amazon and took them there. Just hoping that they would mount my tires for free and do an another front alignment for free. I figured that’s the least that they can do seeing how the last front alignment was not done properly. Angel the store manager said that it was not due to the alignment. It was due to me overloading my truck. I promptly showed him my insurance card that showed I had an additional heavy duty 3500 truck that I used for towing heavy trailers not my every day Driver 1500. And he told me all of this without even putting the truck on the front and alignment machine just by looking at it. If you us ChatGPT or Google and ask what the reason why a front tire is wearing unevenly in the front end the number one answer is the camber on the tires which is adjusted during the alignment. He told me I could complain to the corporate office, corporate office, then asked me to go back to him and ask him to say that the alignment was the problem which, of course he would not do so. I got absolutely nowhere. Don’t waste your time with these guys because they’re not going to back their work.
