They did a fantastic job with the damage I had in the rear of my car. I also went back later to have them check my brakes as the felt funny. They said I had slick spots on them and the did a great. They said I did not need new brake pads. I will always go to Regal on Bartow rd to get my car fixed. They keep you informed while they are working on your car.

First thing in the morning, around 7:30, I went to them because I had an issue with the car. They checked the car and found the problem. I said, “Okay, go ahead and change the oil and also the transmission fluid.” Then I called them before going there and asked, “Are you sure the car will be ready by 4:30?” They said, “Come at 4:30, it will be ready.” So, I went at 4:30, but I kept waiting and waiting, and in the end, by 6:00, they told me the car wasn’t ready, and there was a part they had removed, and the mechanic didn’t know where it went, couldn’t find it, and said, “Come back tomorrow.” down. What exactly happened, I’m not sure, but unfortunately, unfortunately, the customer service was not good.

Amazing team! From the second I pulled into the service line. Be as nice to them as you would expect them to be back and they will exceed any expectations. Be understanding if you have to wait, with or without an appointment. It’s a business, they can get very busy. Respect it.

Regal Chevrolet has been a great experience for me in buying a new car. I thought I liked Equinox before but now. I love my new 2026😍 Equinox💘 and now I get around so much better, and in and out of traffic with it and "Wait for it " Yes its a 4 cylinder but you can't tell because the power. It's Awesome. Thank you Lord Jesus for making it possible!! Took care for 1st time courtesy service. When I received my car back the engine oil filter housing was not screwed back down. This is where the took out the filter took a picture to show it was dirty and just put it back and never secured it back. Engine oil was spilled down the sides and top oily finger prints throughout the engine area. Please check under the hood before you leave to make sure everything is back in tact. 4 you drive off. I don't recommend this Chevy dealer for any service even if it was my dog toenail.

I made an appointment to have tires put on my car on Tuesday for Thursday. I spoke with the service advisor Andrew Carr Tuesday and confirmed the appointment. I went to the appointment and sat for 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to come to me and tell me the order for my tires was canceled. They could not even give me a reason why. I told them to bring my car back . I have been a loyal costumer to this dealership, but no more.

Bought an Equinox 2026 at night it was dirty took back to be detailed. It had scratches on both driver's side door glasses was told get new windows. They took a month to finally get them fixed. We were in a loaner but. Were told they would order the windows when we pointed out the scratches. It was two weeks later before they finally ordered them. The detail job sucked had to get that done twice. Had a hand shake deal before buying to get free oil changes for life of loan. Which they backed out of. Because we cancelled the extra warranty protection after calling Fidelity and they said the 3 year bumper to bumper would cover more than the policy would. The hand shake was made before we even had the extra warranty in effect. Regal is only interested in getting your money . Not customer satisfaction. Would never buy here again.

Giving two stars for the fact that the vehicle I got was at a decent price for the mileage and the year. Purchased a 2020 Chevy blazer a week ago with 46k miles on it. My first issue was the vehicle was advertised and sold to me and registered to the dmv with 46,364 miles on it. When I walked out the door with my paperwork after the vehicle had gone through detail the vehicle had 46,992 miles on it. Another thing noted by myself and even the salesman was that the vehicle was in almost immaculate shape the day I looked it over and decided to purchase it. Upon delivery after detail and final paperwork the vehicle had a scratch about 12-14 inches long on the driver side back door. I brought it to attention and the manager even said he would reach out to have it fixed. It’s been a week now and I have not heard a single word, go figure. Also there was a broken reflector on the rear bumper , I asked the salesman to either have it fixed or just simply get me the part number so I could order it and fix it myself. No communication about that either. You figure if the vehicle had gone through the “certified inspection “ that a safety inspection would cover all lights and reflectors. Guess that extra 1400$ charge is just a way to get more out of the customer. Also went in with my own route of financing, which they are not a fan of. Overall the buying process was easy because I had all my own financing and insurance lined up. Just upset with the fact that the vehicle had defects that happened after a purchase agreement was made that are being overlooked and apparently dismissed by management. Not likely to ever return to this dealership for anything.

My Sales Associate, Travis, down to the finance guy, to the other guys on the floor , they were excellent to work with. They worked with me and got me in the car that I wanted. I came in after work just to see what they had to offer and ended up leaving with a 2026 Chevy Traverse! I was in and out within a lil over 2hours.
