Al and his team rebuilt the engine on my 08 F-350 back in December 2021. They did a fantastic job and were transparent throughout the process. When I had a fuel pump issue and a oil leak concern just before a long trip, he went out of his way to fit us in last minute and make sure the truck was road ready. They do an amazing job and I would recommend them to anybody looking to take care of their super duty truck.

On February 15th 2024 I chose to enter into a lease agreement with Alvaro Haar & his Wife Lili Haar (Diesel Masters LLC). Within the First Few months it became apparent that Alvaro was not going to be able to pay rent on time every month as he had been giving me partial payments 50% or less every month from the 3rd month of our lease and every following month it was the same or less.... Alvaro would go to extensive levels to make me feel sympathy for him, always the victim in the story. I asked Al very early on to just be honest with me if he couldn't pay so we could figure out a way to make things right. Alvaro would cite the inability of his wife to make the Zelle Payment, The long drive to Orlando to make the deposit to Wells Fargo, The Bank "Withholding funds", Customers making back charges, his wife wanting a divorce, his mother getting deported, the stories go for days. To add insult to injury Al told me he is renting out parking storage to others and was making money doing so and when I asked him about it at the termination of his lease the story had changed to those were his customers vehicles.... As of Today 3/10/25 Alvaro Haar Owes me $7500 in Back Rent. I have asked Alvaro kindly to leave the premises by March 31st and he has chosen to make me take him to eviction court to have him removed. Which is why I am writing this review. DO NOT RENT TO THIS MAN & IF HE IS AS GOOD A MECHANIC AS HE IS AT PAYING RENT DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO HIM.

Excellent service I had a problem with my 6.7 nobody could figure out multiple shops I got introduced to Al he was very sharp got it back in order in no time made short work of such a simple problem several other shops were stumped on . He really knows his stuff . I felt others to be pressuring and trying to take advantage of me as a female . He was super nice and easy to deal with recommend 10/10 !

Good honest shop with professional service for a reasonable price. Al and his guys fixed a simple problem that could've easily passed as a catastrophic disaster with my truck. Instead of trying to sell me on a bigger job they fixed the issue and got my vehicle back to me the next day. Will be using and recommend Diesel Masters in the future.

Al has had my truck since May 27, 2023. It needed a rebuild. Bill has been paid in full since July 1 2023. Was told 2 weeks for truck to be completed. Jump foward to March 22 2025 and still no truck. Can't even get a call or text back. I would strongly recommend finding another shop for diesel repair. Once was the best shop around but there are serious issues going on now. Check recent reviews, not ones from 3-5 years ago. Al has let this get away from him.

Him and his wife took our money in our vehicle over two years ago. Every month was a new excuse. I was not in a rush until the first year passed, and then the second year passed, and all I got was photographs of my motor being taken out, he claimed he would rebuild it in no time then one day he called and said hey come pick up your truck and it’s ready to go so after I paid the last $2500 balance on my credit card he came out saying that the truck was acting funny that the air conditioner wasn’t working right however he never actually brought it out. He said it would be ready in a week that was 10 months ago then he disappeared as usual they do this often where they either disconnect their phone move locations or just don’t answer altogether and then I got the police involved because they stole my truck only until after I called the police father report for wire fraud and for left by deception and went to the extent of reaching out to their landlord at their home and the Florida real estate board for Lillian, that’s when he decided to call back and decided to start making payments for what he owes me. I took the vehicle to a Ford dealer. They say the motor has never been opened not only that but now the starter is bad and so is the turbo charger which these parts were fine when they were checked prior to me, bringing them to him at the inspection at the auto auction at this point, not only do they steal parts from vehicles to repair others, but they’re also taking money from one person to pay back another. He made two $500 payment so I held off on the legal part but now he ghosted me for the last month again. I’m hoping that he reaches out and does the smart thing and repay me my money so that he can go ahead and continue screwing over other people because if the feds take him then no one will ever get their money back.

I delivered my 2000 Ford F-550 Heavy Duty to Diesel Masters LLC for repairs in June 2024 and paid $5,000 for work that was never completed. Between July and August 2024, Diesel Masters LLC charged an additional $19,951 without authorization. Multiple attempts to contact Alvaro Haar were ignored or met with excuses. In September 2025, I retrieved the vehicle with a signed statement from Mr. Haar that it was roadworthy. About an hour into the drive, it began blowing black smoke and became unsafe to operate, and the vehicle was towed back to the shop. As of January 2026, the vehicle has not been returned, no repairs have been completed, and no reimbursement payments have been made. I do not recommend Diesel Masters LLC due to unauthorized billing, failure to perform services, misrepresentation, and lack of communication.

DON'T GO HERE! I have a 2011 f250 6.7. It was brought to AL 2.5 years ago for a rebuild. Excuse after Excuse. It was supposed to take 6 - 8 weeks for completion. 2.5 years later, he finally returned the truck Full payment was made. 1st day oil all over my driveway. Took it back, fixed. Nope still leaking oil. Then diesel starting dumping from motor bay. Towed to AL. Fixed when picked up, blowing white smoke. Died at an intersection. Towed back to AL. Out of 8 weeks of finally getting my truck back it was driven maybe 2 weeks not all at once, taken back through the various problems. Now he has had it 1.5 months and every day on the days he does take my calls and excuses all excuses why its not done. Still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS GUY unreliable and shady.
