This shop should get out of business ASAP The owner is rude,unprofessional, Dont never sign anything or never leave your truck in their property He wil charge you more that the cost of the truck itself Be very very carefull and go to another shop

These guys go above and beyond to get the job done. They fix everything from major to minor mechanical problems. I have a Volvo that needed to be diagnosed with computer actually a few times and saved me all kinds of money. They also have property gated and under surveillance 24 hrs a day. They all a bunch of great guys star rating as far as I'm concerned

I just moved to Lakeland a couple months ago and on the way to Florida from Maryland I stopped off for gas and noticed a rattle underneath of my car. Once I got down here it kept getting worse and I was telling a fellow trucker about it and he said they work on cars where he takes his semi and they do great work so that’s what I did. Chris and his team got the problem diagnosed, faulty part replaced, and got my car back to running literally like brand new. Definitely more than appreciated no more embarrassing rattle!!!

I had a very bad oil pressure on a Friday afternoon. Called the number on Google.A guy answered named Chris. He had a great attitude. He mentioned a few possibilities that could be causing it. He said I can bring it Friday afternoon and they will work on it Monday morning. Chris called me at 11 AM and advised what he had found that was causing it. Tuesday morning 8 AM he called and said my truck is ready. Great group of knowledgeable mechanics. Also took my truck to get a PM a month later and was in and out they did a thorough check during the p.m. thanks the Soto Way team. Give them a chance for your trucking or trailer repair needs

These guys are absolutely incredible! I would give them 10 stars if it was possible. I needed a job done from 1200 miles away. Not only did they get the job done, they went above and beyond and rearranged their schedule to make it happen the same day. You do not get that service anywhere nowadays. This business was recommended when I was buying parts from a local parts supplier and there are not enough words or time to tell you how great my experience was. Chris is very attentive and keeps his men busy. The mechanic that worked on my RV was Cooley! I feel I’ve met a friend for life. He’s very knowledgeable and within 5 minutes he went right to the source of my air problem which everyone knows can be a hard problem to trace. Although it took a while to completely fix, he/they were determined to get to the end solution which was FIXED! Air leaks can be like looking for needles in a haystack! Truly a great group of knowledgeable guys that communicate via phone/text. My RV was treated with care and when it was left there, I felt relieved to know it was locked in a secured lot and under surveillance 24 hours. The customer waiting lounge could use a little love but it’s coming I’m sure. By the way, That’s an inside joke between us! Bottom line is if you want your big rig or your RV mechanically diagnosed and fixed then this is the place to go! YOU WONT BE SORRY!

Communication was excellent!! I have an older Class A RV that had a broken exhaust manafold on the Cummings 8.3 diesel. They even able to locate the part and install in less time than they had estimated. Great bunch of guys. It was great to do business with what I call old school principals and work ethic. They also looked over the rig and confirmed that brakes were good and systems appeared to function as they should. They topped off the fluids and the tires. Wow I feel safe and as a customer I haven't felt this kinda caring service in a very long time. Thank you guys and keep up the awesome work!!
