If you are looking for a business who you can trust to give it to you straight then this is the place. I brought my car here to be inspected and find out what was going on and Mr. Will and Mr. Charlie were so accommodating and respectful. They made sure to explain everything to me and make sure I understood. They took the time to explain the options for repair and went over all pricing before completing anything. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank y’all for all you do.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Communicative, polite, honest. I could go on. Dropped my car off for a check engine light, Will fit me in between appointments to at least get the diagnostics done. Later Suspected that my issues were under warranty, had my dealership call and talk to their technician. And it was! I've never had a shop refuse my business because it was the right thing to do. I used to manage bars for a long time and am just blown away at such a display customer service & of integrity. Thank you Will and Charlie!

I was recommended to this shop by a friend and I don’t know why. I went in for an oil change and check engine light. After running the diagnostic and being quoted $280 for one ignition coil and spark plug change alone I opted just to have my oil changed ($120 which I thought was expensive, but went forward with it anyways.) I was told that the diagnostic fee ($140) would be waived which I didn’t ask for, but was grateful. Charlie called at 5:15 to tell me my car was ready for pickup, but I was on the other side of town and wouldn’t make it until the following morning. I went alone the next day to pick up my car with cash in hand for the amount I was quoted for the oil change and was only then told I was expected to pay for the oil change and the diagnostic fee. I don’t understand why this wasn’t communicated to me when they called and told me my car was ready for pickup. I paid and went on my way, but left with an uneasy feeling that I was taken advantage of. Come to find out they didn’t even top off my fluids during my oil change. Maybe I’m just used to the better and more honest service from Take5. I won’t be going back nor will I ever be recommending someone here.

I had heard good things about Tobias and had even stopped by one time previously to chat about some future work. I had kind of an emergency situation come up and they worked me in and got the job done faster than I had honestly expected considering it was a work in. I was thrilled to have my Jeep back and really appreciated them staying until it was done.

I had my oil changed at another garage and apparently they hadn’t tightened all of the bolts so while driving to work my undercarriage splash shield came loose and partially broke. I called Tobias Automotive the same day and they fit me in to evaluate it and fix my splash shield. They were so helpful! I will definitely be bringing my car to them for any future needs.

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicle. Will and Charlie are always courteous and set appropriate expectations on when to expect your repairs. Never had a single problem here. Had my jeep lifted regeared and tires put on by them.

Will and Charlie (and team) are amazing. The communication is fantastic, and they will explain things clearly to you if you want to learn more. The prices are fair, and the service is incredible. I highly recommend choosing Tobias automotive because I've found them to be honest and organized- which are the hallmarks of the best mechanic shops in my opinion. They will help you with the issues you're facing or in some cases cool customizations too- but that's not my thing. Highly recommend Tobias as your next mechanic.

These guys at Tobias Automotive are the real deal; they’re everything you’d expect and want from a business: friendly, knowledgeable, professional and passionate about their work. I brought in my Jeep Wrangler to Tobias Automotive for some work - after having a horrendous experience with Lakeland Chrysler, Dodge Jeep and RAM (who had my Wrangler sitting in purgatory for almost 3 days without even looking at it!!) - and it’s driving like a dream now. Phenomenal staff and customer service, highly recommend. I had my car fixed I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very start, they treated me like family. The customer service was excellent, they release my car until they were fully satisfied with the work. That kind of honesty, hard work, and dedication is rare to find—you won’t find service like this anywhere else. They communicated everything they were repairing and took the time to educate me on the issue so I could fully understand what was going on. I took my Jeep to Tobias and all I could tell them was “I hear a knocking sound at low cruising speed”. Will not only isolated the issue, but knew exactly how to fix it. The whole crew at Tobias was professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. They worked with my warranty company to help get things covered and we did some upgrades as well. Will is extremely knowledgeable and I knew my Jeep was in expert hands with him. I can’t recommend Tobias Automotive enough! 5 stars isn’t nearly enough!

Talking with Charlie and Will about a Jeep repaid a thousand miles away was actually a pleasure. Wil was able to diagnose a damaged bearing within the front diff. From there we were able to discuss an upgrade path for larger tires and Tobias was able to deliver for a very reasonable cost. I would highly suggest if you are local to bring your vehicle needs to them. From gear and locker install, larger tires, new brakes. Suspension work. To an oil change. Very happy with everything they have touched.
