After another auto center patched my tire incorrectly, I brought my car to Mavis and they redid the patch the right way. Even after a mixup with communication, they offered a discount to make it right. 4 stars because they put the wrong valve cap back on my tire and I had to go back to ask what happened to my original one. They still had it fortunately.

These guys are the best Mavis I've been to ever. Picked a nail in my new back tire, took it to them and they fixed it. I pulled out myy wallet and Joe the manager said, no, it's free. Just a quick repair. A couple months ago they special ordered said new tires, mounted and balanced at a reasonable price. I'll be back for all our car needs.

I’ve been getting my car serviced at Mavis Automotive on Lakeland Southside since moving to Lakeland last year, and the team has consistently delivered excellent service. Joe at the front desk has taken care of me from day one. He helped swap out the aftermarket rotors I got from another Mavis location for OEM ones, with only the additional cost of parts—no hassle. Today, I stopped by because I couldn’t loosen the lugs on my front wheels while trying to install spiked lugs. The team had no issue with me pulling up unannounced and jumped in to help right away. John, the mechanic in the back, came to the rescue with great customer service and was more than happy to assist. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for honest and efficient automotive service!

I was on my way to a funeral out of state with my four kids.. when going thru Lakeland my tire pressure went down to 21 lbs.. I stopped by and they were so helpful! Dwayne got me in right away and helped me so much. Replaced two tires and aligned them and got me back on the road in record time (thanks Tyler & Seth)! Came in to this location after the Highland City location screwed around w my gfs car and don’t touch it for 6 hours for a flat repair. This location had us in and out in 20 minutes flat and showed me the tire needed to be replaced to to wear on the inside tread. Great service and very very professional team at the south florida ave location. You guys are awesome
