Customer service here is bad. They don't communicate with you at all but to tell you how much it's going to coast and what parts are bad. I dropped my suv off Monday the 13 and its still not ready yet and I've received no calls or updates. It's now almost been there a week.

Terrible customer service. Communication does not exist and no one other than your designated advisor can assist you, and they are on their phones playing candy crush... Manager was of no assistance. They need to take some lessons from Bartow Ford on what customer service should be.

Today it was basic service at 8:45 am, I arrived on time for my appointment, everything was fine until they informed me that I had to wait a minimum of 4 hours when normally it is between 1:30 to 2 hours, I left disappointed.

Ford service took care of my truck when the electronics were acting up. My battery should have been checked first, but wasn’t, and was going to occur some larger costs if I didn’t say something. However at the end of the day, I was taken care of and got my battery replaced. They heard my concerns and listened to me. Thank you!

This is apparently a very new facility so was kept very nice. My business there had to do with getting a part from their part department. They were able to get the part I needed for a late model Ford and so I paid for it on a Saturday and I got it on a Tuesday. Not bad. Considering how things are hard to get right now when you're talking about parts I'm actually pretty impressed.

Scheduled an appointment at 1:15 Pm for an oil change. 30 minutes later they hadn’t been started working on the car. It took them 2 hours to do something that takes no more than 30 minutes somewhere else, and this is with appointment

my aunt took her 2018 ford explorer for a transmission problem at first, no biggie but then they brought it back because the anti theft light came on and the ac wasn’t blowing as cold, they said the light came on because of the ac which has nothing to do with it, besides the point they quoted almost 3k for the ac to be “fixed” not knowing i’m a mechanic i checked it and noticed the ac compressor connector was disconnected intentionally. (picture below) it’s ridiculous how ford tried to scam my family especially after paying 4700 for a torque converter. i know my review won’t do much damage but its so the hardworking people out there can see what kind of ship lakeland ford runs. mad embarrassing man, do better

I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and the whole purchasing process has been amazing. The maintenance area was amazing before but there has been a major turnover, and all of the gentlemen who used to help me with my service needs are no longer there. I had a window motor/regulator brake in my vehicle so I brought my car to the dealership this morning. Got there at 7:30, A girl walked up to my car asked me if I had an appointment. I told her I did not but I needed to get emergency service help and was willing to wait as long as needed to get fit in. This has never been an issue in the past for me. The girl was a little put off and told me that she would have to go find somebody else to see if they could fit me in. The man from the service department, I didn’t catch his name, came out and told me that there was no way possible he would be able to fit in my car today and that he wouldn’t be able to even look at my car until Thursday. I have never had this issue before they have always been more than accommodating to fit me into their schedule I even explained I had no problem with waiting, I didn’t care how long it took. I just needed my window fixed. The man proceeded to tell me there’s no way he could do it today. I asked if there was another dealership that I might be able to get it done and he told me any other dealership that was local was scheduled at least two weeks out. I pulled off to the side called Bartow Ford, they told me to come over and they would work me in. I was there about 815 and was out by 1040. After I finished with the guy at Bartow Ford, we went over my vehicle inspection report and all of the stuff that Lakeland Ford was telling me I needed to get done at the moment. The man had told me I still had about another 10 to 20,000 miles before I needed to do those services. I do have the maintenance plan for my car currently and I will continue to take it to Lakeland Ford for oil changes only but once that maintenance plan is up I will not go back to this service department. Ever since all of the staff changes, customer service has been horrible.
