Dallas took on the repairs to my Mazda when another body work establishment did not do a very good job. He asked me to list everything I was concerned about and addressed all of those by week's end. He gave me a status update on a daily basis so I knew what was getting worked on each day. He insisted on making sure I was "happy" with the outcome of all the repairs and said if I have any issues, to let him know and he would take care of it. When I arrived to pick up my car, all the repairs had been made and my car was also detailed. Dallas and his staff did an excellent job and I trust them implicitly.

Couldn't have had my daughter's wheelchair van fixed at a better place! Dallas, Larry, and the guys were all very nice and made sure that it was repaired as quick as possible so I would have our only mode of transportation back! The work was excellent! Dallas made sure that it was test driven several times to make sure I wouldn't have any problems once I had my daughter in the van! Would recommend 110%!!!!!!

Phenomenal place!!! I have been bringing my vehicles to Dallas and the guys for years! The service is always top notch, they do all they can to get everything for you from the insurance if you have an accident or anything like that and they do such a wonderful job and your car will look brand new. I thought I would be without a car for about a month, but they ordered parts, received same, installed, painted in just over 1 week. And the price was reasonable. Havnt used them just yet because still dealing with insurance but for estimates I was helped as soon as I walked in the door by the owner. Explained everything and even complimentary helped me fix my door enough to be able to at least open it until a full repair done. There are some decent small businesses in Lakeland still.

They even painted some items for free just to make me happy. If you live anywhere within 100 miles this is where you want your vehicle fixed. Dallas is a straight up honest place of business.

My vehicle was towed by Lakeland Wrecker to their impound yard in September after I was involved in a car accident. The tow truck driver was very kind to me at the crash sight and very helpful. The two businesses share the same location. The tow truck driver introduced me to Mr Dallas, and I decided to choose DAPB for the repairs. It was a great choice. I found their service was very professional and fair. They worked with my insurance with the details and were very thorough. After the work was completed, I had become a little overwhelmed and needed help at my home with a challenge with the truck starting. Mr Dallas was very kind and came to my home and helped me solve my issue.... I am a disabled veteran and cannot do some things like I used to. I was also dealing with a broken rib and pain from the car accident. I am very appreciative of the job well done and the extra that helped me with some peace of mind. I do recommend both businesses. I believe and trust that you too would be in good hands. Both disabled and veteran friendly businesses.

My beautiful Lexus was hit by someone running a stop sign. It caused damage down the entire passenger side. Dallas did an amazing job repairing my Lexus!! It looks brand new. Kevin was great from the first call I placed to them. I was kept updated throughout the process and everyone was informative and professional. They worked directly with my insurance company to coordinate everything. I can't say enough good things about Dallas. If you are in need of repairs they are the place to go!!

Bought a 2022 Mazda CX-9 and within the first week I got hit by a company Ford truck. When I looked for which Mazda certified shop was best to go to, the Mazda dealership's website suggested this place. They gave me a free estimate quote even before the other insurance company fully accepted liability. This shop even offered me solid insurance advice and broke down how the process works, which as anyone who's been in an accident before can understand how limited information is and how frustrating it could also be. After that, I returned back a month later with a check to fet my vehicle repaired. Was told it would be 9 business days. They told me that the insurance company of the driver who hit me is obligated to provide me with a rental. The repair ended up taking 12 days but the rental was extended for those additional days. Not only did my vehicle come out perfect but they took care of me beyond their obligation of business and made the entire experience golden. This shop is a shop that I truly recommend to anyone and everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 10/10 performance in every category! Even the lovely lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. They also have a good selection of coffee inside and very comfortable furniture.
