The mechanic is honest about what work needs to be done, and it's very reasonably priced. Firestone told me my van was leaking at the rear main seal; and after his diagnostic he determined that wasn't the case and fixed what actually needed to be worked on which I am so grateful for. I will bring going to 1 stop auto for all of my vehicle repairs from now on.

These guys are awesome! I used Brian Hayes for many years and was so sorry to hear of his passing. But knowing how Brian was very particular about who did work under his name, I decided to give 1 Stop a chance. They did not disappoint! My engine light has been on almost 2 years. We could not figure out why. I replaced a lot of parts based on getting the code read at a parts store and it didn’t take care of the problem. 1 Stop had the problem diagnosed and fixed and at a very reasonable price. My car now runs better than when I bought it new. Today, my front bumper was half ripped off when it snagged on a parking space bumper. I limped my car the 2 miles to 1 Stop. Even though body work isn’t necessarily their thing and my bumper needs to be replaced, they were able to straighten it and bolt it back up so I can drive my car safely until I can replace it. I can’t say enough positive things about 1 Stop. I would and will recommend them to anybody and they will be the only ones I take my car to from now on. Thank you for everything y’all!!!

I was very impressed with the quick service for my brakes. I know Nissan would have charged me a fortune for the work they did here. The parts were ordered right then and installed. They prefer check or cash payment. Brittany is a Sweetheart explaining upfront total cost. I was out of there in less than 1 1/2 hrs. Smooth Ride ahead!! Thank you.

I can not tell you how satisfied I am with their work, the process and the effort it takes them to fix my van was amazing. My transmission blew out on I4 when calling the shop Brittany was fast with calling the tow truck driver and with less worries made our day a little easier. Joshua was amazing with the help and concerns on the conditions of my car and making sure the work was done in a timely matter so i can have less worries about being out of work and Jesus was quick with the work. I was back to work in 4 days. I will continue to my service there. The fast work is amazing! Thank you for making my worries less concerning! Jesus was awesome and got my car in immediately. Amazing service and honest pricing- as a young woman I dislike getting my car worked on because I know I'm likely to get taken advantage of (Christian Brothers charged me over $500 last time I went for an oil change!), but as soon as I talked to Jesus a little bit I knew I found my go-to spot. Friendly, honest, hard working people are hard to come by these days, Jesus is one of the few around. Highly reccomend!

Many thanks to 1 Stop Auto. Our delivery van was overheating. 1 Stop Auto looked at it quickly, evaluated the problem, and completed the repair very quickly. The prices for the work were well below average for these reapirs. We are a company with 35 delivery vans, as the manager of a delivery company I have dealt with thousands of repairs in the last 10 years. I believe 1 Stop Auto to be amongst the best in the business. Very unprofessional shop, paid $6000 to have engine rebuild by them. It fails after 500 miles claims it wasn't their fault. Claims my block had a small crack which tells me they never properly had the block checked for a rebuild. inspection and cleaning of block which should be done before you rebuild any engine. Was charged $900 to pick the car up claiming they had a machine shop do the work but couldn't provide me with a receipt of the "machine shop". Basically the $900 I paid was for their lost when he purchased 2 engines to replace mine. First one he paid $450 but was bored out, not my fault they got you on that. Also paid $275 to fix the ac and also failed after 2 days. Took it back to them 2 times for them to fix correctly but still failed after 2 days. I have all my receipts they claim a vacuum check and seal was done. But it was never done. Took the car to another shop and ofcourse the system has a leak in it. Have all my receipts and dates.These people are not professional or responsible at all. Car came back home with missing suspension parts, loose alternator, cruise control not working, unplugged switches. Will never do business with them again.

The owner is very knowledgeable about vehicles. He has a program that he uses that emails me the quotes for repairs; I like that. His prices seem fair to me. Much less than if I would bring them to a big repair center. He also doesn't try to up sell me on unnecessary things like a tire or repair center would.
