AVOID THIS COLLISION CENTER !! ❌️❌️❌️This has been the worst experience we have had with a collision center, we chose this place because we were told by the owners they work fast and great. Totally the opposite, the car stayed there for 4 months, the insurance paid for everything including a new bumper which we waited for it to arrive 2 months because of a "national backup" per what the collision center advised us and at the end they put the old bumper hoping we didn't notice it, thankfully we did notice right away, we let know Annie, and even though the picked up the car to fix it twice ( because there were still issues with it, including: break noises, structure noises-like the car was going to disassemble in the middle of the road-, DNA of the car not working, 18 codes are active in the dashboard ) they still didn't put the new bumper. Now, our car is not 100%, still with a lot of issues including some I advised above and they don't answer the calls, they don't want to provide answers neither solutions. Additional to this, the car was not even cleaned, and some of the new pieces that were bought are painted because of their bad job. We are taking this to an attorney, nobody should have this experience, specially because a car in this country is a necessity.

The absolute worst repair shop I have ever encountered. Car was there for two years due to my collision, they switched shops car was left outside in heat damaging all my front plastic to get warped, I had to pay $6K to get a new paint job because the one they did was horrible, they put the wrong dashboard in my car, the wrong tires, mind you my insurance paid damn near what the car was worth, Fernando was a great guy until he got his money and he was no where to be found during the process after several call attempts . Different shop managers came and went, I am still paying for their lack of work. My car is still not 100% I would advise you do not use this company, these people took straight advantage of me and my lawyers will be working to rectify with this shop. I’ve given them ample time to fix my vehicle this place is the worst please do not be fooled by these fake testimonies.

They towed my vehicle last Monday.The driver who towed the vehicle never gave my keys to anyone in the mechanic shop.Now i'm playing limbo and my phone call is being ignored Where are my keys Their lack of professionalism is ridiculous

Not sure what type of shop they run, and the phone number isn't working, but their truck driver likes to do 75mph on a residential 2 lane 45moh speed limit road, weaving in and out of traffic and being a danger to other vehicles and pedestrians almost causing accidents. Do better.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR CAR SOME WHERE ELSE. Thank you Old Dixie Collision Center for inspiring my husband and I to open a collision center and do half-ass work but get paid lucratively by scamming clients and car insurance companies. Let me give you some advice from my bad experience, Don’t trust this business. They will tell you everything you want to hear including guaranteeing all the work and getting it done quickly. Don’t let anyone prey on your vulnerability and despair after a vehicular accident. Do your due diligence and research Old Dixie Collision Center. Don’t be like me and trust them with your vehicle if you care for it. I trusted them with my car I loved so very much. These people were excellent to fall short on their promises. Yes, I am pretty naive for choosing them but at that time I was lost and vulnerable and that made for my horrible choice. I was so horrified when the car dealership voided my warranty that I still pay for. They placed my car on a lift and took pictures of all the damage still left on the car after Old Dixie delivered it to me. I asked Annie @ Old Dixie and it must have fallen on deaf ears. She said she would look at the pictures if I labeled them. There is so many things I rather show her in person but I have been ignored. They do not answer calls, texts or emails. I told my insurance company and they sent someone to the shop. He stated they have no cars there like before when he went to appraise the damages and the shop looked empty. My insurance company paid them $12,000+ dollars for the damages and they didn’t do half that amount in work. I sent all the pictures of the damages to a local body shop and they told me their truth, they wouldn’t dare to let their families drive around in that car. They stated that this collision center should have never given the car back in the condition they left it in. They hammered some parts out and put them right back on the vehicle and fixed it up enough to get it running on 4 wheels. I can’t even trade in my car with all the damages they left. My car has no value thanks to Old Dixie Collision Center. My greatest fear is that there will be more victims of their scams and someone ends up hurt or worse. Make it right Old Dixie Collision Center. Eventually your defrauding will catch up to you. The pictures are what the undercarriage looks after delivery.
