Called 3 times to get confirmed of an online add discount. Only works online, your website does not work. Called first time to see if store would honor online add… they do not! Called second time because I found better price with competitors down the road, online states they will match store competitors, they do not on lubricants! Called third time as I have done all my parts shopping there for the last 4 years, sorry nothing they can do… I guess my 120 dollars’ worth of parts and lubricants can go somewhere else this time. 3 strikes you’re out, never again!

O’Reillys is a great place specially the one on Memorial Boulevard and Lakeland all the staff is friendly and helpful with Reilly Mary or the commercial manager and they will get you whatever you need definitely recommend any small business owner to do business at this location.

Car died right out front of the store, yeah I know right lucky me. The young lady at the register was nice enough to car my battery, test my alternator, all with a smile. Mind you it was pouring outside talk about going the extra mile wish I could remember her name, she was Amazing!

Thieves! I dropped off a battery to get charged at 6:30 showed up at 7:30 am to pick it up cause I was never called back. Only to find out that my battery was no longer in the store. The assisrant Manager refused to call the associate who was on that shift claiming he did not have his phone number and only the manager had access to it. He refused to give me a battery to replace my battery and would not even call his district manager who I cannot get a hold of or anyone in the corporate office. This is a corrupt store who only cares about their white customer's and and are willing to lie and steal from anyone of color.

If I could give a negative 10 Stars I would I don't even know why they even have five up for the store they don't even answer the phone. Julio went there and dropped off his battery to be charged went back and it was left from the store. The manager didn't even have the phone number for the guy that works for him there this place is a joke you should be called oh Fridies

Cliff was nice at the beginning, I told him to charge my battery and it took him 3 hours to call me To tell me the battery was bad. A little after 5 so I was going to need a battery and he quoted me one for 149.99 yet has a hand written sign saying no outside help after 5 pm yet if you look at the reviews they have helped others and on top of that Cliff and the gentleman working with him both stated people have stole too much out of the store and it’s the neighborhood they are in and “They” He (cliff) told me as a customer that he was frustrated and became rude with me. This neighborhood has been here for years, if judging this area will cause this type of service, pleas tell me why it was ever placed here. This is not equal treatment at all

The night staff are very helpful even when I came there last minute. They patiently explained something I didn't understand and try to solve a problem I was having. I wished I remember those 2 gentleman's name. Anyway, I prefer to go there since they are closed late 10pm compare to AZ. And I'm having a new experience by switching from AZ that's I've been with for over 15 years. Good job guys 👍👍👍

Nice little auto parts store. Well stocked and clean. Easy to find from main road. Good parking. I needed a tail light and only had my book/instruction manual with me (not the burned out bulb). When I got home, I realized it was the wrong bulb and I had to go back. I was waited on by a guy named Cliff. He was very nice, quick, efficient and apologized for the inconvenience. Really made the experience a pleasant one.

They were very helpful. I looked all over for a part and nobody could find it for me. I walked into the store and they had it for me within 10 minutes. The manager Mary there was very helpful. I've been to discount , AutoZone and Ford dealership and nobody can get me that part but O'Reilly's had the part. 😁👍👌.
