🚨Avoid This place if you Don't want to waste your Time i make online appointment and when i get there they tell me that they are to busy to do Oil & Filter 👎 zero stars and btw have a sign is good idea. They could call me with this lakeland traffic it took 45 minutes drive couple miles to be on time in my appointment.

They are honest and fair. I needed an alignment and they worked me in the same day so I did not need to come back. They were fast and again honest. My car wasn’t that bad and they did not try to make it into something worse than it was. I bought the lifetime plan because I will definitely be back.

I'm here now. Still waiting on my vehicle. I was told it would take an hour to change 4 tires. Seems reasonable. I've had it done in less at busier establishments. I've been here two and a half hours and the only have the front two on. Several times I brought up that this service was not NEARLY as efficient as it could be OR what I was told it would be in duration. The manager who was sitting right there while I talked to staff seemed not to notice or not to care. Until I spoke to him directly at which point he was only dismissive of my complaint, in a manner personally disrespectful. Never come her and never let anyone you know give them any time or money because they have the absolute wrong idea about customer service. This is a place where the customer is always wrong.

I am so glad to see that there is still good people in this world.these individuals I speak of understood I didn’t have much money. truth be said I’m poor,broke but rich in the Lord… people have a tendency of judging a book by its cover but not these people, they were different. They could of said NO there’s nothing they can really do but instead they work together and were more than happy and willing to help me…I was blessed going in and blessed even more coming out… that’s how the Lord moves, it’s called Providence brothers and sisters. Came here cuz I have a warranty on my tire and I had a nail or a screw in it and it's the warranty tire so I came here to get it fixed and thank God the screw was so small it didn't damage my tire so there's no leaks no nothing so I didn't have to pay nothing. Thank you Chandler for an awesome job. Thank you so much for being honest and you know this could have costed me some money today and I have a picture. Ridiculous!! If I could leave zero stars I would. Had an appointment made for my wifes car for an oil change at 9am. We dropped the car off at 840am. Took 4 hours for an oil change. Crappy and slow service. It was unacceptable. They waited 2 hours in to tell me aparantly I needed a new battery. They threw all my wifes stuff from the consoles. Crooked place if you take anything from this review RUN!!
