I cannot speak highly enough of this RV dealer, Josh Hernandez at Make it Happen RV Sales at 1115 Kathleen Rd Lakeland, FL 33805-3512. I purchased (over the phone, something I've never done before because I couldn't get there in person because of scheduling conflicts and I had been looking for this particular camper because of its layout and weight for 3 years) a good used 26-foot travel trailer from him this spring and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole transaction. Before purchasing the travel trailer, I had our trusted family friend Steve that lives in Lakeland to go and check it out for me. Josh extended Steve all the professional courtesies in showing the camper and answering questions and Steve then gave me the thumbs up on what he saw. It's refreshing to find a Dealership that is honest and does what they promise. Everything I asked him to do like take pictures, videos, or the roof, awning opened out, grease the wheel bearings, etc., he always followed through in a timely fashion. Josh was good to negotiate a deal with and I had the rig towed north to Ohio before the gas prices went sky high. So Josh and I decided to install new tires on the rig before the long trip home to Ohio, Josh had recommended a local tire shop and it was ready to come home on schedule to be towed. What happen next sets this Dealership apart from all others that I have dealt with in the past, there was an incident on the way to Ohio where the spare tire hadn't been securely relatched in place correctly and we lost the new tire, wheel, and underbody mounting bracket. I called Josh after we got the rig home and even though the tire shop refused to stand good for the loss they had caused, Josh accepted responsibility because he had recommended this tire shop. He asked me to replace the spare tire and wheel in Ohio and send him the bill. And that is why I am writing this letter to let others out there like me, know, that there are still Dealers like Josh Hernandez that will do the right thing to "Make it Happen" for one of his customers even after the deal was done. I recommend Josh Hernandez, and Cheri in the office at "Make it Happen" for standing behind their Dealership Name, literally. Good Luck Josh, and don't change a thing. Picture of our first campout in our New to us TrailManor Elkmont 26ES being towed by our 2019 AWD Honda Ridgeline. Thanks, Josh for Maken it Happen!

Just picked up my 2018 Tracer Breeze last week! They were absolutely amazing! Cheri was SUPER friendly and willing to get things done! I previously bought a car from them several years ago with a great outcome. Cheri remembered me and my fiancé as if it were just a month ago. This is what a dealership experience is supposed to be! Also, the trailer choices are out of this world. All of them are in a really good condition, and they go above and beyond to make sure all questions are answered. I will forever do business with Make it Happen!

So Make It Happen was the first company I referred to when I arrived in Lakeland. I took a 1998 Nissan Frontier 2.4l from the jump. Everything was properly maintained, and the owner's workers were fabulous. And understand and follow directions. After 3 and 1/2 years of conducting proper business, I ask for a modification by my understanding. This modification was to be completed. Back to a daily driver as it was before, I lost my job delivering hydraulic cylinders, and industrial maintenance repair errands. I was charged $4300. To install partial of the materials necessary for me to continue my daily working process. I was curious as to why the truck wasn't running. No acceleration, no response. I drove it like this for a day. The Turbo bearings were stripped. I had to remove it. Give it back to make it happen and have not received it yet. And it's been a year and a half. I first purchased a new turbo. And operated with no response, the same issue. So I'm coming back from my friend's house. The engine made a popping noise and blue smoke out the tailpipe. Ever since. I took it to another shop, told me I needed injectors and a fuel pump. Not enough fuel. So the owner tells me he had no idea. Never has he had to install this extra and with the modification I was told a kit was installed. The kit that WAS installed, was missing components and that come with the kit.Obviously I didn't need that. I've spent $3400 on a new engine. And $4000 more on the proper materials and installation, by someone that is qualified On servicing vehicles. I should've been advised that he did not have the knowledge to perform This modification. I shouldn't have had to take this to another company. As the owner says he recommends a guy. I asked one person to do it. I expected it to stay like this with this one company for the amount of time that the modification needs. Nowhere here in this process did make it happen Mention that anything else was needed for this truck to perform.

We wanted to trade our bumper pull travel trailer in to upgrade to a fifth wheel. Gilbert and AJ delivered on every question and every request we had. The whole staff is absolutely amazing. Every person we saw and spoke to made us feel at home and comfortable. The entire process, trade in, fifth wheel installed, belongings transferred, education on new equipment, was promised to be completed in one day, before close of business. These folks took the time to not close the business until we knew what we had and how to use it, and only then was it closing time.Don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else. Make it happen isn’t just a business name here, it’s how business is done. We would happily give a million stars and that still wouldn’t cover our satisfaction with our experience.

Here’s a polished and enthusiastic letter of recommendation for Make It Happen RV Sales that highlights their exceptional service and expertise: ⸻ To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter to wholeheartedly recommend Make It Happen RV Sales to anyone in the market for an RV. My experience with their team was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I first reached out, I was met with genuine professionalism, a deep knowledge of RVs, and a sincere desire to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Their team didn’t just try to make a sale—they took the time to educate me about my options, explain the pros and cons of different models, and guide me toward the best decision for my needs. What truly set Make It Happen RV Sales apart was their unmatched level of service. Every step of the process was smooth, transparent, and handled with care. They answered every question I had—no matter how small—and went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and informed. Thanks to their expertise and commitment, I drove away with an RV I absolutely love, and more importantly, peace of mind knowing I was supported by a team that truly cares. I will give this a 1 star rating and this is why..my wife and I were staying in dade city and were really interested in a fleetwood diesel rv on their site..my wife went to the website and left a detailed message on their contact information of what we were wanting to look at because apparently you have to make an appointment..never heard from them..no calls messages or anything..that to me is bad business..common courtesy would be to at minimum message back that is rude..so they lost out on a potential rv sale and we will deal elsewhere

I was a good, happy customer for 2 1/2 years, and then I put my 2002 Coachman Class C on consignment with them. They told me they sold my RV for $7500 and gave me $6750 ($7500 less 10% commission, per our contract) yet the RV was still being offered to customers at $12,900 FIRM. I confronted them IN PERSON with one such customer and suddenly they claim it’s all a mistake. It is sold. But even if it is sold, I have TONS of evidence it didn’t sell for $7500, and they own me based on actual sale price according to our contract. I offered to take it back in exchange for the $6750, but they refused. To small claims court I go. Would have been happy to have it back, and it was my offer to pick it up that triggered their claim that they sold it. DON’T do any business here. I’ve been lied to by multiple people, sometimes all at the same time in the same room, lol. This place has no integrity. If they will cheat a good customer this badly, they can’t be trusted to do anything well or fair.

Great experience got a good cash deal on a fifth and they delivered it to tampa for us. Cheri in the office was great to work with and Manny was a good salesman. Will definitely come back again when we're ready for another one!

Josh, AJ, and the team at Make It Happen have been amazing! They went above and beyond throughout the entire sales process. It truly feels like a family environment here — trusting, supportive, and welcoming every step of the way. I never felt like just a number — they genuinely cared and helped me all along the journey.

The so called manager completely rude , my husband made a joke “ making any money “ in the real sales world they would get it. The call started with “ how are you doing? Making any money? Which she ignored Then she asked if this was cash or finance which is not how you start a sale . Call was on speaker so I heard . With an an attitude that she gave him not making any sales that way. We were seriously looking at one of your rvs . Was trying to ask some questions about the rv. She asked Cash or finance at the start but doesn’t matter when you’re trying to ask questions about it first. Good Luck!

Great people. If you read the bad reviews you will see the answer Josh provided and they are by people who don't know how to buy a used RV. Wanted a 5th wheel and had been looking at dealers as well a private sellers. Went with Josh because he understands that these are used RV's and not perfect. The one I bought was in great shape and did a walk through before I bought it as well as after it got delivered.
