Highly recommend Murphys Auto Sales to anyone and everyone. i always tell my friends and family that Murphys is the best. Ive been dealing with them for 3 years and dont have 1 complaint. financed my first car and paid it off no problems and ive got 2 more cars since. they are super helpful and really work with you on payments and repair bills and anything you could possibly need. Joyce is super nice and helpful along with Ray, Patsy, Anne-Marie, and Kim. By far the best people to deal with when your looking to get a car. ill be a lifetime customer forsure. thanks to everyone who works there.

Im completely disappointed in the service from Murphy’s. I’m buying a Nissan Juke from them and in a little over a month the car is stalling, shutting off at red lights, stop signs, and shakes when I press the brakes to slow down. I’ve let them know of the issues and they are not working with my schedule of having to be at work during the week. I took the car to Lakeland Toyota to diagnose and they told me the car has thousands of dollars worth of damage. I’m so upset because I was very honest about what I needed the car for. We put down 2,600.00 on a car that is giving me all kinds of different problems so quickly. I’m just sad that they would sell me a car with so many issues. Now I have to risk losing my job after being laid off due to covid for months. I’m very upset and feel taken advantage of. I’ll change my rating if they handle this issue but for now.... it’s zero stars. Not only to add they want their car payment still while I have a car that could leave me on the side of the road.

My experience was not at all true and honestly correct mess led by owner I trusted him to do and fix my car by his words from his mouth I've taking pictures of parts being removed in attempt to fix the problem replace with old parts that I've seen being done I wasn't aloud to trade back or get a loner to use so I gave it back and drove Park back on there lot so yes I've seen what people post and said it doesn't make it rite to treat people different from one another when it comes to trusting a dealership that should be true to everyone that buys from there lot no matter what it's respect of being human and honesty of a person everyone needs help from some body

I absolutely LOVE this dealership. They have amazing customer service. I have gotten both my cars through them and we are in process of getting a 3rd. They are quick to address any problems that arise . We also use them as our prefered mechanic. Polite and helpful absolutely wonderful By far the best car dealership that I've gone too! My future daughter in law just recently purchased an 06 bmw 528i in the most ridiculous high price needing lots of work. I've been buying and selling and repairing cars for newly 30 years. 8k for this hunk of tin was absolutely trash!! The front tires weren't even safe enough to leave the lot. Believe me , it'll be reported to the bbb and automotive sales license for Polk County. The serpentine belt is ready to break. The front tires aren't safe PERIOD!! Hood and roof paint is ruined!!! Dent in rear drivers side door it needed a battery and a headlight also and there is a mechanicshop there on hsnd!!. All rims have curb rash...valve cover and timing seals have fresh oil leaking from them. This person that sold this car took MAJOR advantages over a buyer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. horrible car at a horrible price with no regard to the safety of a buyer. I'd give negative stars if I coud!!!

The review by James Hensley has absolutely nothing to do with him he can stick to his shade tree mechanics. He had absolutely no involvement in the purchase of the vehicle it sure the hell isn't his daughter and nor his money, do not trash talk about something you had nothing to do with and your opinion wasn't asked for or needed,I deal with Murphy's on a regular basis and they are good people MY DAUGHTER is perfectly happy with her purchase. and I will be more than happy to discuss your unwanted or needed involvement personally Sincerely pissed off Father....

I just want to thank the gang at Murphy's auto sales . Everyone was kind and respectful. I am sorry the car I wanted had to many problems with it they did fix the one problem but then it had another but i have no hard feelings and thank them for working with me and all they have done to try to get me a car. Ray is a very kind person and does try the best he can . I just felt unsafe after the car broke down after a day and shut down that got fixed and then another problem popped up the next day . Wanted to wait a few months before I wrote this. Absolutely one of the best car lots. Got a 2020 from them in March a great car and a great experience. Everyone in office is nice. They will help if you communicate with them. Car has had no issues besides normal maintenance but they made me aware when I bought it they just got it and only did the oil and buying a used car you expect to replaces little things. But the car is great highly recommended this car lot !
