Terrible terrible customer service I would not take my vehicle back here if I was broken down and pushing it from behind. No estimates on repair just the basic old I'll take care of it I'll take care of it at a good low price I can do it and then it's all garbage. Stay away from these low class fly-by-night auto repair businesses take it to a reputable dealer or rep Auto Repair certified shop.

A few would include high performance American muscle and antique, super sport and foreign, and incredible compact cargo and heavy diesel vehicles. Had to get my brakes and rotors done on my work vehicle. The price was fair and he even asked if I wanted my old parts, which is very rare with most mechanics. The service was prompt and there was no trying to up-charge me because I was a female. I would recommend him to anyone.

Sept 6 - Battery and alternator replaced Sept 7 - exact same problem occurred for when it was originally brought in. Sept 8 - car towed back into Fatmans auto clinic. From Sept 8 through Sept 14 my mom stated she would call and was told by Bob that car started every time they attempted. Even stated that they drove it and had no issues. My question is why didn’t they notify my mom to pick up her car if there was no issues. Sept 15 - my mom was told her car would not start the last time they attempted. Bob told my mom they needed to replace the starter and it would be ready to pick up at 430p. At 315p I drove by Fatmans Auto Clinic and saw my moms car parked in their parking area, not in the shop. At 415p we called and Bob stated the starter they installed was defective and now wouldn’t be ready until Monday Sept 18th. At 445p my mom and I drove through their parking area and car was still sitting in the same spot. My mom is 84yrs old and has been a loyal customer of Fatman’s Auto Clinic for several years and I now feel she has been obviously getting taken advantage for sometime. This is only one example that I’m aware of but if I dig deeper I am sure I could find more.

Needed my vehicle checked before going on the road for my vacation. Mr. Fatman looked over my vehicle & notice a small leak and brought it to my attention. The part had to be ordered, it was placed on before leaving town. Thank you Mr. Fatman

Only gave 1 star because 0 star is not an option! This company lacks integrity, performs deceptive business practices at its finest! I was charged over 1k for repairs and found myself broked down a day after driving my car. The car broked down a few feet from Fatman shop and he wouldn't even extend the courtesy of assisting with getting my vehicle out of the road. This was by far the worse customer service any shop could afford a trustworthy customer. I trusted his diagnosis was correct and he assured me the car would run after he completed the repairs but it was all a lie! Stay away from this place or get treated dirty like I was treated! Very disappointing and disheartening to say the less.

The communication is so unprofessional. Fat Man told my spouse a price for the service. My spouse assumed it was for the part & labor 1100. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle and to pay. He said the price for the vehicle was 1900. Fat Man started explaining over the phone he meant the part was 1100. That's not how you do business. You break down the price.Labor+ Part= Price to get a good communication . What if I didn't have 1900. To me that's scamming. I will not come back to this shop for service EVER AGAIN!!!! The part was cheaper at Auto Zone or Online. Why would I want to pay 1700 for a part in this economy.
