I just moved back to Texas from Colorado and I am not a friend or acquaintance of Carlos Auto Repair. I own a silver 1998 Toyota 4Runner LTD, I lived in Seagoville back in 2016 and always went to SNL down the road but they could not take me until Monday which was 5 days away. I stumbled across Carlos and his crew on Google and noticed they had great feedback and only 1.4 miles away from my trucks location, my alternator died at a Walmart nearby. Carlos was right off the bat friendly and upbeat on the phone and ready to help and immediately accepted my truck to come in the next morning at 10 AM, no nonsense over the phone and 100% professional, the price quoted over the phone was what I deemed exactly what it should, great honest fair pricing I could easily afford. To top all of this off it was all done in 2 and a half hours. It was a perfect experience. Thank you Carlos Auto Repair! 💯💫I highly HIGHLY 🙂 recommend! 🚗 🔧

I took my truck for service. My a/c was not working. The guy there was honest, gave me good information and kept my truck for diagnostic. Called me and gave me a price and got it fixed. Showed me the old parts they removed. Did a great job and price was more than reasonable and budget friendly. Definitely going to be my go too mechanic.

Sorry but I'm giving a one star review because they were unable to repair an p0453 evap code on my mother's 04 grand marquis to the extent of them giving up after having car 4 days verbally telling me they couldn't figure it out and still charged $95 for the computer scan, while they may be ok on simple repairs they seriously failed on really technical issues if problem is above their levels of expertise or knowledge. Carlos is a nice guy but he and this technicians need more intense expertise. They seriously dropped the ball on this one!
