They are extremely professional, and really good at what they do. I saw a wide variety of cars in their garage that they were working on. I was having major throttle issues, and they quickly found out it was a faulty aftermarket throttle body. They increased my horsepower by almost 200 on 93 octane with an oversized heat exchanger, 2.85 supercharger pulley, LT headers, and 1050 injectors. I can’t wait to take my car back to them for an E85 tune.

5 stars all the way around. Erin got my 300C 6.1 Srt8 dialed in on the tune after installing longtubes headers with no cats, and a dings valve body. It truly does not feel like the same car anymore. Bajram is one of the friendliest guys I have ever met and was extremely helpful in getting the show on the road. They also initially told me it was gonna take a week and they got it wrapped up in 3 days. I wouldn’t reccomend you take your car anywhere else!

I had the guys at Carma Performance work on my ‘24 IS500 to make it the first one to be FBO & Tuned in the world. Can’t say enough good things about the shop. Friendly guys, highest quality work, and most importantly they are zero BS, 100% transparent, and easy to deal with. They installed PPE equal length headers, full Meisterschaft valved exhaust, springs, spacers, camber arms, LCA bushings. They back their work fully, and we’re kind enough to adjust a dipstick to fit around the PPE headers for me free of charge.

First off I have a 2016 hemi. Finding a good tuner for a hemi is hard to come by. I did a cam and other upgrades a got it tuned via email by another tuner (not gonna name shame) but it just wouldn’t run right and couldn’t figure it out! So I brought my car to CARMA with a couple issues the previous tuner couldn’t/didn’t know how to fix it! Erin knocked it out of the park! Was able to fix my issues and on top of that was able to get an additional 50 HP more than what the other tuner got. They sure know what they are doing when it comes to performance/tuning. Lastly, talking about an awesome/welcoming staff. They are beyond friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the customers and wanna make sure they leave with a great running car. Very next day, I get a follow up asking how it’s running, or if i had any questions. 1000% recommend

Had my 2015 Camaro SS 1LE tuned by Erin, also had him port my heads. Not only did he do a fantastic job and get more power out of it as well as keeping drivability damn near stock (had a pretty big custom cam so not an easy task), but he also found some mistakes I had made when installing my cam and fixed them while he had my heads off free of charge, definitely saving my engine in the long run. Can’t recommend Carma performance enough, the go-to performance shop in Nashville!

My experience with Carma Performance has been, without question, the worst experience I’ve had with a performance shop. I clearly informed Carma Performance that I would be sharing an honest and factual account of my experience and gave them the opportunity to take accountability, correct the issues, and complete the job properly. Despite months of communication and follow-ups, nothing changed. The car arrived at Carma in early August following a transport-related incident. During shipping, the transport company left the vehicle in gear, which caused the torque tube to oscillate during transit and damage internal bearings. At the time, however, the vehicle would not start or crank, so the failure was not immediately obvious. Because of the no-start condition, the initial assumption, shared by Carma, was that the issue could be electrical, such as an alternator or related component. Carma spent the first week diagnosing the no-start condition and squeezing the car in where possible. That approach was reasonable given the symptoms. After that short period, progress stalled. Communication slowed, and no clear path forward was presented. At that point, I personally reached out to multiple specialty shops across the country with experience in high-performance driveline systems. Through those discussions, it became clear that the torque tube bearings had been damaged, which aligned with the transport error. Roughly one to one and a half weeks after arrival, it was acknowledged that the torque tube required replacement. From that point forward, the process deteriorated. Weeks would pass with little to no meaningful updates despite repeated follow-ups. Measurements were taken and decisions were made without consulting me, even though I was the person most familiar with the vehicle and the failure. A major issue arose with Erin, the owner. Before I approved a repair path, Erin attempted to force me into purchasing a custom torque tube through his shop at a significant upcharge instead of allowing the work to be sourced through a specialty transmission shop. Erin made it clear that if I did not proceed his way, he would not continue working on the car. This escalated into a lengthy conversation where I was lectured about how he makes money on parts and why his markup was necessary. The tone was unprofessional and inappropriate. Even after agreeing to proceed simply to keep the project moving, timelines slipped far beyond what was represented. Parts took much longer than quoted, and the car sat untouched while other projects were prioritized. During this time, I was also coordinating with the buyer of the vehicle, who is a dealer but does not have experience with racing or high-performance driveline components. I stayed involved specifically to help facilitate the repair correctly and prevent unnecessary or inflated work. Despite this, Bron, the manager, cut me out of communication and insisted on dealing only with the buyer, even though I was the only party capable of assisting with diagnosis and technical decision-making. The vehicle was ultimately completed and released without my consent or final approval. When dropped off originally, it had no ABS, traction control, or check engine lights, aside from a tire pressure light related to recently installed wheels. When returned, the car had an ABS warning light, traction control warning, tire pressure warning, and a check engine light. No explanation was provided for how a vehicle undergoing purely mechanical driveline work was allowed to leave in that condition. This experience involved months of lost time, missed timelines, pressure to accept unwanted upcharges, decisions made without authorization, being intentionally cut out of communication, and a car returned in worse condition than it arrived. Based on my experience, Carma Performance appears accustomed to controlling the process at the expense of the customer, particularly when they believe the customer lacks technical knowledge. I strongly recommend anyone considering this shop proceed with extreme caution.
