Terrible customer service , dropped vehicle off at 8am, told it would be done at 3pm, they finished it up at 5:05pm. My 9month pregnant wife had to sit there for 2 hours. How do you not get this done in 9 hours!?

Well they did a pretty decent detailing/cleaning job, however customer service needs a serious overhaul! They rarely answer their phone. If you leave messages to reach anyone, forget EVER getting a call back.

Seat covers ordered August 8th. Sept 13 wrong color ordered. Oct 18th 2nd set in. 85.00 dollar charge to put on and dont have the voice to tell ya its extra until they give your vehicle back. Bad business tactics.

Very poor customer service. I called two days in a row and left a message to have someone call me back so I could set up an appointment to get my car detailed. It is now 2 weeks later, and I still have not had a call back from Carnu. Apparently, they don't need my business! I will take my business elsewhere and I will not recommend Carnu to anyone.

Un trained, unprofessional, inexperienced. Buffed the pain off my rims, missed detail spots in the interior, car came out with bugs waxed to paint, scratched on my vehicles hood that were not there upon arrival, only spot cleaned, no walk though with representative afterwards of the finished product, was told the price then handed Key to car. I would like a full refund for wasting my time and money. 8.5 hours for some shotty untrained work that they pass off as a $195 "detail".

I had a my car detailed as a gift from my in-laws at CarNu. My car was finished in a timely manner however poorly detailed. The center console had areas that were missed and still dirty. The center console above the rear view mirror was completely missed. The front and back windshield were streaky and poorly cleaned. The floor mats were greasy and slippery. I thought maybe the floor mats just needed to dry out but 10 days later they were still just as slippery and greasy as the day I picked up my car. This substance would even get on the bottom of your shoes and make them slippery outside of the car. I think this would be a safety issue. I had to take the floor mats to a self car wash and clean them thoroughly with the soap brush in order to remove whatever chemical was rubbed on them. The carpet under the mats was also greasy. Overall poor job. I would not get my car cleaned here again...even it was free as I paid $185 for this poor service.

I have had many cars detailed in the past , Paid for full interior and exterior treatment. Interior looked somewhat better, didn’t shampoo seats like promised, still had marks and they were even damp if they did. Questioned about exterior and was told you have to pay additional money to have buffed it was just waxed and washed. Looked horrible. Rims still had dirt on them. I do a better job when I was myself. Then to top it off I was in waiting room for over an hour waiting, they saw me there, had the nerve to call me to tell me the car was ready, rather then just come out to tell me. Horrible Job and customer service!!!!Stay away

I had just an interior auto detail on my pickup. I went and picked it up and it seemed nice enough as the floors were cleaned. Soon after I realized it had not been cleaned very well. The seats were not shampooed despite them saying they did them but the seats were no cleaner than when I dropped it off. The front cup holders on the floor and the center console were not cleaned. I brought it in the next day to get them cleaned and they barely wiped them down and didn’t clean the floor cup holders. The console was not shampooed on the sides either so it was still dirty. I’m super disappointed and left upset about the detail twice and was done with them. For $190 I was hoping for a professional cleaning that would make it look like when I bought it 5 years ago. Sadly it looked no better than what I could do at a drive through car wash with the towel they give you. I would not recommend and will not be going back.

Recently bought a used Hyuandai Sante Fe Sport for our daugther. The dealership already had gave it a quick detailing so it looked pretty good to start. However, I emphaised when I dropped it off that I wanted them to focus on the nooks and crannies and there was pet hair. Spent an hour cleaning a few days later, still found a fair amount of pet hair between and under the seats. Laid both front seats back and the crevices between were still filthy. Found several coins when cleaning - pretty disappointing for $230. Think they saw a pretty clean car already and did another quicky clean without any deep cleaning. Will not return
