Here I go again going into Metro at 570 North broad Street accident information and being told that one phone is no longer available because it's old and other phones are brand new which it is a new Samsung A53 is no longer available there are other Metro stores I go to but this is one I tried to stay out of it I just went in to ask a question simply because the one I go to is not in walking distance but I thought I would speak someone that would be professional but I think the reason why they are not because management tell them what to do and what to say and how to sell their product

Stopped in with a screw in my tire and they had it plugged in 5 minutes plus topped off all my tires to the proper pressure, all for a very reasonable price. Definitely would recommend and I’ll be going back again if I ever find myself with tire damage in Elizabeth!

Noticed my tire was leaking from a puncture from a screw and searched for the nearest tire repair shop. Found this spot, drove there and was immediately attended to and was driving off with my tire freshly plugged in less than 15 minutes. Two months later and the tire is performing as normal. Oh, and I was shocked at how affordable it was for this tire repair service that saved my day. Thanks to the friendly workers that day!

This is a place where used and new tires are sold and fitted quickly. Additionally, balancing is done. They are good men and honest in their work. Being open on Sunday was very helpful for me. I recommend this place.

Shady business Yesterday I ask for 2 used tires for the front and they said $45 each, then they put the car on the jack lift and removed the 2 front tires that were needed just to tell me they didn’t have my size and wanted to put a different size. I didn’t want that so I told them just to give me 2 new tires. After they installed it, the tire mechanic told me I’m fill your back tires as well. And I paid him cash then i left. Later that day my tire light came on. Today I went back to the tire shop and all of a sudden there was a problem with my back tire valve -(the one that didn’t need air in the first place)- They first tell me $30 for the valve but then said it’s some thing else and charged me $80. This place used to be honest and good but it has changed drastically. Such a shame

If I could give them zero stars I would. But to begin with I had a very unpleasant experience at this tire shop. I went in asking for a used tire for my 2004 and there was a dude with a masked on & tells me $150 which is completely crazy for a used tire. Then when I questioned the price the worker said he could give me “something close to my tire size” instead which immediately raised red flags. What really bothered me is that they assumed I didn’t speak Spanish and were talking under their breath saying things that didn’t match what they were telling me directly. Once I realized what was going on I declined and left. To make it even clearer, I went to another tire shop right after and got a used tire for only $65 which shows just how inflated and unfair their pricing was. I do not recommend this place especially if you don’t speak Spanish. It felt dishonest and like they were trying to take advantage of me. Pricing should be fair and transparent not based on what language they think you understand.
