This place it’s full of scammers, took my car and they told me that was very damaged and get it fixed, with parts and labor was over$3500. They offer me to buy my car as junk for $400...my car is a Lexus!!! I took my car to different place fixed for $250. I’m Never coming back or recommend this place .

I took my 2008 Mazda CX7 for a power steering fluid leak diagnostics The owner asked me to drop off the car and call them on Monday since he can't speak English. I called Monday morning only to be told the car had already been fixed, they had replaced the rack and pinion without checking with me and they wanted $350 for labor. I objected to him fixing my car without my consent and the became aggressive and rude. Story short, I still have the fluid leak and it has gotten worse . Took back in today (02/24/20) and they flatly refused to look at it or even discuss the issue. I will never recommend even my worst enemy to Guatamex on Morris and Washington street. They're scammers

I came in to the shop with the parts needed to do the repairs. Instead of telling me they didn't have the proper equipment to do the job so my car would be drivable they let me pay over 700 dollars and I still have to take my car somewhere else for an alignment. It's very unprofessional they should have told me before doing the repairs

After two weeks of waiting they still had not even ordered my parts..and when I called to see what the hold up was .. they told me I had to come pay for the parts before they would order them...I haven't ever heard no mess like this in my life .. lord shut this scam of a business down before it's to late

I recommend NEVER taking a car here for ANYTHING. My car needed breaks changed and my husband and I bought breaks to change them ourselves. My car is a 2019 and we did not know that since it is an electric system we would need a scanner to change them. We called this place and made sure they had the scanner and knew the car had an electronic system, they quoted us $180. We dropped my car off and they called 10 minutes later called and said since the car is electrical they needed to charge extra and said it would be $230. To fix the breaks. They already knew the car had an electrical system before we even came and never mentioned the extra charge simply tried to charge us more because we seemed nice and they thought we would just pay it. Nope we came got my car and took it somewhere else and paid even less than the original quote. These people are just greedy and will try to make you pay more simply because they think they can. I highly recommend not even considering this place for any type of car repair.

Had a vehicle serviced and the price went up about $30 after the first day there which had the total at about eight hundred and something dollars. They just charged my card almost $1,000 and when we asked about the pricing the person just said oh well you will just have to wait for someone else to come. I will be reporting this business to every channel possible if I do not get my money returned to me asap.

I have been coming here for over 20 years, always available great service, no appointment needed. Tow truck drops, i call, they call me back to quote and once approved have it fixed in less than 48 hours! At times same day depending on parts and repairs needed.
