Brought my wife's car in on short notice. They were able to take care of the battery and diagnose issues at a fair price. Unfortunately while picking it up we discovered that it was a deeper issue than the battery - but CTV took care of it and made it right. Very thankful about that.

Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection one day in advance. They were able to fit me in quick! Received updates through the day with any concerns and they requested me to review repairs before just starting them. They don’t just “fix now and ask later” which is wonderful. Photos were provided of items needed replaced so they were able to justify the work needed. Had an unrelated wheel issue to which they serviced and mitigated for me for free. Lobby was clean and had refreshments if you choose to wait. Front office was fantastic and friendly, Andrew was helpful and available. Office manager Melissa was energetic and knowledgeable. Bonus is they offer first responder discounts!! 10/10

I had to have my truck serviced twice in the past month to replace my O2 sensors and my purge valve. I have used quite a few mechanics in the past here in the QCA, but I always seem to have the issue of way to high of pricing or something seems off and I can quite trust the mechanic. Andrew and the rest of the guys at Cars, Trucks, and Vans have eliminated those issues for me. Their availability is top notch as I was able to get my truck into their shop the day of, both times. I was given a detailed report with pictures of all the issues with my truck yet they didn't push anything on me rather just made me aware, and their pricing I feel can't be beat for the quality of work that they did. My truck has been running great since, I didn't really have to wait any time to get my truck repaired, and I didn't have to spend a fortune on the repairs. As long as they're open and I am living in Davenport I will be using them for my repairs.
