I went in 15 minutes early for my appointment to check/ repair my exhaust leak. I was expecting to have to replace the flex pipe as it was leaking from that area behind the engine. Once they had it in the air, they found the flange in front of the flex pipe leaking. They installed a piece of pipe where the flange was saving me money and had me back out the door in half an hour. Very good service repairing only what was needed.

We took our Sebring in for the air conditioning evaporator and was so pleased we had the timing belt, an a lot of general maintenance done. Today I took it back for the convertible top and a window not working. They did not quit until everything was working great and the price was even better! So happy with their service. I would highly recommend this business.

Can't say enough about this place. Many years ago another shop told me I needed a new transmission. Took it here for a second opinion and $300 later I was back on the road. Another time I had a rattle in my exhaust. Dealership wanted over $200 to fix it and said they needed to order parts for it. These guys had it fixed on the first visit in roughly 30 minutes for $50.

These guys are honest and fair. Took my escalade in and they did the best they could to figure out what was going on, had it for a week. Narrowed it down to what was most probable to be wrong with it, but actually suggested a place that could test it to make sure it was that part before spending the $ on it without 100% certainty. Most shops wouldn’t turn a customer somewhere else and would just say that part definitely needed changed. On top of that, they kept me updated a few times throughout the time they had my vehicle, AND even though they could have charged much more for all the labor hours that went into diagnosing and working on possible fixes, they only charged $240 when I picked it up. That’s how you get repeat customers because most shops would have charged much more. I wish it were simpler and wish I had it driving when I picked it up, but they were fair, honest, and cool enough to recommend a place they were sure would be able to definitively let me know if it was the part they suspected it to be. Will use them again in future if needed.

I went in thinking my right rear brake and rotor would need replaced, and possibly brakes replaced for the rest. My muffler was also making a loud noise that needed attention. They looked the car over, drove the car, and confirmed my brakes were fine. They replaced the muffler and sent me on my way. The bill was MUCH cheaper than expected thanks to their honesty. They could've ripped me off but didn't. They are so nice and I feel so grateful!

Unbelievably Disappointing and Unprofessional If I could rate this place with negative stars, I would. My grandmother had a 9 AM appointment, but Bi-State Auto Service clearly doesn’t understand the concept of time or respect. Not only did they fail to honor the appointment, but they also left her waiting until 9:45 AM with zero communication about the delay. As a result, she missed a critical meeting scheduled for 10 AM. The lack of any heads-up that they were running behind is inexcusable and shows just how little they value their customers’ time. Why even bother allowing people to schedule appointments if you’re going to treat them like this? This level of incompetence not only disrupts lives but shows a complete disregard for basic customer service. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like your time is worthless.

I called this morning, explained my car through a code4/29/24, & explained that I had to travel out of town on 5/1/24. Although, they were really busy, he said to drop it off, the mechanics tested everything/drive it, & said there were not even stored codes. He said that if it comes back on come back. It is $60 to test it and he did not charge me. They all are professional; they are affordable. And several of my friends recommended this place because their work and word are reputable! I will always take my car here and they have gained another two customers because of the excellent service overall. Thank you

Very affordable very knowledgeable especially ford's for sure. Warning knowledge isn't cheap they do charge a diagnostic if they have to get into anything to do proper diagnoses but youd rather be certain of the problem then shooting in the dark. Also they didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed. Honesty, integrity, affordability and lastly quality just pay attention to your bill and communicate you'll be fine and you'll still have a little bit of lunch money left.
