Amazing job was in and out. They were able to find a window for my Fiat when no one else could and they were a lot cheaper than some places. Reccommended to use them for glass repairs.

If I could rate it a zero, I would. I've called twice in need of a simple repair. Both times someone took a message and I was never called back, not even to tell me they were unable to help. DO NOT CALL, DO NOT GO HERE. I'll find another shop that will do it with 100% better customer service.

Great service and quick, I have called three others, and they do not have appointments immediately, just for 2 or 3 days later, as a trucker this is unbearable . From Autoglass they came (2 hours) and replace my windshield in 15 min. Very professional. Please use theirs services.

I was referred here by the dealership I bought my car from to replace the windshield on my vehicle. I scheduled an 8am appointment (the time they open) and was going to wait for the repairs to be done. Not only was no one there at 8am but when someone finally showed up, they did not have the glass to make the repairs, they still had to pick it up from the dealership! Absolutely unacceptable! What I was told was going to take a couple of hours took 5 hours. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, they were sloppy and got the sealer inside the vehicle and my windshield wipers did not operate when I got my vehicle back. I would not recommend anyone there and also advised the dealership that it was a poor recommendation.

Called around. The icicle that hit my windshield caused a crack all the way across... Cheapest place was $425 for a new windshield. I called my auto shop I use for repairs, they don't do glass but they gave me a number for Rich at Advanced Auto Glass. For $240 they replaced the windshield. No leaks, great job. Amazing price, almost $200 less than the other places. I recommend them if you are looking for a good price and still want it done right.

Cheap prices because it's cheap service. Got our windshield replaced and 3 months later it started making noise. They couldn't figure out what was wrong (they said it was a tag but after it was removed it still made the noise) so they sent us on our way. It broke 2 months later and they refuse to fix it for free. I'd recommend going somewhere else so you don't have to fix your windshield three times in 6 months.

Very long story short, 2 wrong rear windows installed. Waiting on owner to call back after complaining about my experience. Part# on invoice dosent even match 2nd window installed. Paint chipped during 2nd install, wasn't told about it, I found it. So frustrating dealing with this.

Gave me a ride to hunt down part needed to install rear hatch window. Also removed interior panel so I could use my hatch due to actuator being out and showed me how to install. The back window of my car shattered. I called several places for quotes for the repair. Not only were those places more expensive, I was not able to get the window replaced that day. Then I called Advanced Glass. They were the most reasonable price and asked how soon could I get it there for same day replacement? You would never know that my back window was replaced as they did a very nice job! I will always call them first for my glass needs!
