Probably the best place to get your car fixed in the QC area. They work with your schedule and do everything for a reasonable price. He works super fast and is super detail oriented. This is the only place I will take my car.

Shady made an appointment to get my car fixed the guy told me to take it to Firestone to get an alignment saying they'll find out what's wrong and won't be able to perform the alignment before I fix the problems suggesting they would not charge me for finding the problems and then I bring it back to him to fix well they did exactly what he said but they charged me a fee of $40..... needless to say I didn't go back. Updated so people will see

He was very nice and upfront with me. Needed a wiper tracking piece replaced. Was reasonable in price to do the work. Had small issue with getting vehicle in to look at it as he had to keep delaying meeting me for getting parts in IL side of QCs. But he was fast about getting it done. I will go back to them.

Hugo did a Professional job fixing new struts and engine parts on my car. Him and his Team provide fast service, I dropped off my car one day and it was ready the next day. In the beginning, they were great. Over the years, I've had to find other mechanics to do work since they didn't respond about work I needed done. This last time though has caused me to reevaluate. I was told to bring in for "free inspection" which it wasn't free. I had to pay over $120 which was to take down brake components and thoroughly look at it all, which was not done. They did a visual inspection, put some stop squeak on my brakes (which my brakes still squeak)..I basically paid the $$$ to do that when I could have done that myself or someone else. I had asked for them to look at the suspension parts since I was paying all that money. I was told they didn't need to check that. But when bringing my vehicle out they mentioned a suspension issue and no quote of that issue. He basically took my $$$ even after telling of the issues that I have paid other shops to find but were unable to do so. I was an EASY mark and that is exactly what happened. I was tricked. He scammed my friend as well. I just didn't listen. Brake work that was done horribly, over $500 for one brake and still messed up. I took my vehicle somewhere else who pointed out one of the issues this shop said it needed in fact didn't need repaired. HR AUTO quoted almost $600 for an unnecessary repair. Needless to say I won't be going back here. The money I paid I could have used on other needed repairs or paid others to look at it correctly. I'm out money and still need repairs.
