These guys are real people, I was driving my son 11 hrs.from Michigan to Soix center Iowa for his Freshman year of College, My Sons car broke down exactly halfway at The World's biggest Truck stop. I called Them and they were busy but they squeezed me in, and they did a starter, water pump and a radiator within 8 hrs. They got me back on the road and it drove smoothly the next 5 1/2 hrs. And is still running Great. The thing is, they had no reason to help me. I was from out of town, in their state and city. I wasn't going to see them again for more business. I was a stranger in their land and they helped me. They are a credit to the city of Davenport, the State of Iowa, and humanity in general. Like I said, real people with real hearts.

Absolutely never again. They'll blame you for their mistakes. If I could give a zero star I would. Don't trust your car here. They will just constantly try to get more money out of you. Also; I talked to Greg. Wasn't the nicest. Thought the customer was always right? His staff has TERRIBLE communication skills with their customers. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle.

Very dissatisfied. There give you a low ball price for oil change and tack on after a LABOR fee for it and it is not disclosed till the work is done. I went back to the add and labor separate is not disclosed anywhere. If I were you, Avoid like the plague. Much cheaper at the dealership and get fifth oil change free. Will never use them again!!!!!!!

From the moment I called to inquire about an appt, I was treated kindly. Shareiff was able to schedule me right away and was very pleasant in person as well. He let me know what work they found needed to be performed on my vehicle and what condition it was in. I took my car that I just purchased in for an oil change and they were very open and honest about what was going on. They brought me into the shop so I could look under my vehicle to see that they couldn't do an oil change because of the frame being too rusted out. However they still checked and topped off all my fluids and didn't charge me anything to do so. I would recommend them to anyone.
