The employees at Davenport Used Car Superstore store are so courteous, kind, patient, diligent and always provide a warm welcome! I encourage everyone to purchase their vehicles from them! Not only are they understanding they are so willing to help you and meet you where you’re at! The sales team is absolutely amazing, Adam Moody in sales and Jordan in Finance are individuals that genuinely care and go far and beyond to make sure all possibilities are considered to get you the car that you need!!!! Brought my car in after having it tested at auto zone. told them i needed ONE spark plug replaced and ONE ignition coil. after about 4 hours (with no updates during the process) they send me a message saying it’s gonna be almost $800 because i NEED to get all 6 plugs replaced and the ignition coil (which was supposed to be under warranty) told them i can’t afford that so they said i still have to pay $156 for them just running a diagnostic. if that information was disclosed before i handed over my keys i would’ve gladly went somewhere else. They could see i was a young single women and decided to take advantage of that by keeping me in the dark. THERES NO REASON A DIAGNOSTIC SHOULD COST ANYTHING PERIOD!!!!!! Almost $200 should be illegal and if i could leave -1 star review i would. Please take your vehicle literally anywhere else if you want affordable service especially if you are a young women.

Well, I don't like to post negative reviews but wow this is a doozy. I brought my 2017 Lacrosse in for a repair. It would randomly misfire. At first they tried to hand it back after doing nothing to it. So I requested that they do a tune up on it . The next day I came back to get my car and was slapped with a 1200 dollar bill for 6 spark plugs (one of which was cracked so they got warranty on it so actually only 5 plugs cost them anything) and a cabin filter. She knocked it down to 708 when she saw how blown away I was. Like I was getting some kind of special deal at 708. I rated them a 2 because they did give me a loaner car but I will not bring my car back here.

The worst experience ever for my son’s first time buying a car!!! Told him car was his, done deal, but almost 2weeks later are asking for it back because bank didn’t want to do it!! Never heard of such a thing!! And they are still hassling my son 3 weeks later!!! Unreal, and he’s not the only one they have done it to!! I would not recommend this place at all!!!

I was in for service. This would’ve been two times now that I’ve witnessed the way the Service Manager treats her employees. It may not be all but it’s a certain few that she belittles and talks to like they are nothing but trash I don’t wanna give my name for a fear of Service being different after I post this I feel really bad for the couple employees that she belittles like she does you guys look at her like she’s a saint in the Manager field but what I’ve witnessed makes her far from that. I hope one day they’ll step forward, but they probably are in fear of their job being lost so they can’t speak up but me and my husband and two kids both have purchased vehicles through Mcgrath and we will not be returning to the service department at Davenport used car superstore I reviewed this a while back on the wrong listing…. Well to my demise it happened yet once again. Please do something just because someone is a manager does not mean they are capable . Sad how someone can speak to another human the way she does! It’s a disgrace to this dealership . Mouthy little lady that has no filter or care for another humans feelings or emotions. Makes you wonder how she raised her own.
