I had an excellent experience at Tires Plus thanks to Mike. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s not easy to find customer service this good anymore—Mike really made the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Tires Plus because of him!

Very Sketchy on how the rebates work and they don't tell you. Got new Tires from them because the rebate was almost 200 back (Total $750 rebate of $180 bringing it down to $570 as quoted on the site. Next cheapest place was quoting $640) just to find out that we don't qualify because we didn't pay with a Tires Plus credit card. None of the workers there said anything about having to pay with it to qualify and I even asked as I was checking out to be met with nope just follow the instruction on the card they handed me. It would have been cheaper for me to go somewhere else. They are not transparent and would not recommend them if you are looking at anything with rebate pricing.

We've used tires Plus a handful of times, and every time it's been a good experience. Most recently, right before a trip we had a blowout, and they had us patched up and back on the road in almost no time. Consistently they deliver quick professional maintenance and good communication.

I started coming to tires plus because Firestone by North Park Mall sent me there for overflow service. Honestly I'm glad they did. I've only gone to them since then. I've had my car in 4 different times. Brandon usually takes care of me at the desk and he and everyone there provides a great service. I haven't had any problems with the repairs after they are done. This has been weighing on me for a while, and I finally felt the need to say something because I truly care about this situation. For my own privacy, I am choosing not to put my name here, but I still felt it was important to speak up. Over several visits, I have noticed the same upsetting pattern. The store manager speaks to the guy at the front counter in a very harsh and disrespectful way. This is not something that happened once. I have seen it several times, and always right in front of customers and employees. What makes it even harder to witness is that the front counter guy is honestly one of the best employees I have ever interacted with. Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond to help me. He is patient, kind, helpful, and clearly cares about doing his job well. He is actually the reason I always chose this location. So seeing someone who works that hard be spoken to so terribly is genuinely disheartening. I am not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly, and I honestly did not know how else to address this. But it has reached the point where I feel uncomfortable being in the store when this is happening. If the manager continues to treat employees this way, I do not plan to return. Every person deserves to be treated with basic respect, especially people who are doing everything they can to provide good customer service. I truly hope management listens to this and takes it seriously. This store has the potential to be a really positive place for both customers and staff, and it is sad to see one persons behavior take away from the hard work of the people who actually make this place worth visiting.

Dropped my car off Sunday@10:30 am to get 4 new tires & inspection they recommended; told would be completed about 2 pm. Never heard anything re: status so at 4:30 pm returned to location. I was told NOTHING was done & told to come back tomorrow (Monday) which I had to work but missed work cuz needed tires to drive my client around. So came back following day for tires +100 point inspection; **while waiting for new tires to be put on, shop called & said I needed brake pads & rotors more than tires & it posed a safety risk. I reminded them I was driving on tiny spare donut tire, so they recommended i get brake repairs +ONE NEW TIRE???! Never been advised single tire replacement, not good for balance & rotation etc so declined all services except 2 new tires (instead of the 4 initially scheduled) PAID FOR tires AND 100 pt inspection— told there were many recommendations & it would take time to add price estimates for each recommendation. I offered to wait, since safety hazards were discovered i wanted to know what asap; was told it’d take longer than 20 minutes & they would email it later that evening. I Paid cash$ & received a generic receipt that said “Deposit on service “ but did NOT list what service-or-any details what I purchased, no information on receipt. I’m sure the roadside warranty on tires is not valid if I ever needed to claim it since receipt doesn’t show tires purchased details. The following day I received 12 calls, while at work, from the shop requesting me to get the DOT #s off the tires. I still have NOT received the report I paid for & would like a refund. It’s been 7 days

We called to see options and how soon we could get in. Spoke with Vikki and squeezed us in the same day. We were purchasing new winter tires to go on our jeep which we had new rims we ordered already online to go with them so we were purchasing only the tires. But she did offer different rims if we did not like what we had to go with their tires. She was extremely informative!!! Very knowledgeable!!! Answered all questions we had in all the options we questioned about the tire options for the jeep. Great personality! Was an extremely great experience! We were just planning on dropping jeep off an come back next day or two when fit in but that team was great! Fit us in their schedule and out the same day!

Made an appointment to have a screw removed from my tire and tire patched. Waited an hour and a half , a few days later I noticed that same screw was a still in my tire so I went straight to your store. The guy at the register really didn't know what to say about what happened like he felt bad. Made another appointment for next day to get screw removed. Was told they could not patch the tire and I would need a new one. But that they would not charge me for the new tire but somehow I still owed them $50 then I mentioned the $32.50 I had just paid a few days prior when they did absolutely nothing but put air in my tires. So he took that amount off what they said I owed..So in the end I payed $15 for a new tire. The guy at the register was very nice and felt terrible for what happened. I feel as though I can't trust them now which is disheartening because you have always been my go to car shop. Just bought tires two years ago from you. This is my first poor review for any place of business.

I was sent over because Discount Tire cross-threaded my stud. I called the brakes pluse, and they were sooooo friendly and super helpful. They ended up having to do two studs, and I was only there an hour total. I appreciate this place so much and am very grateful for them advocating for their customers. I highly recommend this store specifically for their customer service and quickness. Huge shout out to Lindsey for being super friendly!!!
