Noise in the rear end for several weeks. Took it in. Could have charged me for every minute of all the diagnostics and searching they did to try to find it. Instead they had me come back and take a ride. Of course the noise was gone. just said “bring it back when you hear it again and if you’d like send some pizza to our hard working team” These guys are definitely worth the pizza!

I brought my car here because several warning lights came on the dashboard. The staff were friendly and the service experience itself was pleasant. They diagnosed it as a battery issue and quoted me over $200 for a high-quality battery. I agreed, thinking it would fully solve the problem. Unfortunately, just two days later, the warning lights came back. When I returned, they inspected it again and said it was a “communication issue” that only the dealership could fix. By this point, I had spent around $400 and the original problem was still unresolved. I then took my car to the dealership, where they discovered it was actually just a brake pedal issue. They replaced it, installed it, and did an inspection for about the same price — and this time the issue was completely resolved. I might consider coming back given how good the service was, but I was disappointed by the amount of money I spent without a proper resolution.

Honest, Knowledgeable, friendly, patient with ignorant customers like me. Went for oil change, but they found my underbody’s frame was rusted out and recommended getting rid of my truck. They didn’t do the oil change and didn’t charge me for time spent on it. Frank even took time to tell what to look for in another vehicle .👍

Went in for an oil change and to find out what was making a noise. Got the oil change and sadly estimates for several jobs.Definitely got what I came for and then some! I’ve been taking my cars and the cars of friends and family here for over 20 years, not because the service is great, it’s ok, but giving the previous and present owners a hard time is worth coming back for! Great service. They do their best to take care of you even when you're thrown a curveball and have unexpected issues that you were not expecting and not able to fund. I love that it gave you a breakdown from worst issues to least issues and can take care of it. One step at a time if need to. I highly recommend.
