I had a terrific experience with Premier Dent and Repair. When I called about fixing hail damage on my CR-V, their team did a great job asking questions, explaining details of the repair and offering to help navigate the process with my insurer. (They were knowledgeable about how the different carriers handle these situations and provided helpful guidance.) They also did a solid job setting expectations for how they work and when I could get on the schedule. I dropped by Kyle’s shop to get an opinion from him on fixing a 3-inch long dent in my son’s prized car. Kyle had me pull the car into his shop to inspect the damage. He gave me his opinion on the repair, price, and duration to fix the dent. I agreed to the work, he did it right then and I was on the road in less than 30-minutes. The results are that the dent is fixed PERFECTLY!!!! Premier Dent Repair proved you can get work done in a quickly, with extremely high quality, and for at an excellent price. On top of a great job, Kyle was a super nice guy to talk with while he did the work. I’m a curious person by nature and he answered all kinds of questions about his training and the repair process while de was performing the repair.
