I had 51000 miles on my tires and one blew out on a Friday in a manner that could not be repaired. I needed new tires fast because I had an event I needed to get to on Saturday early afternoon that required interstate travel. I began calling tire retailers early Saturday morning and after calling around discovered EIT had the best value option. I had my new tires installed and was off to my destination on time on Saturday. I gave the whole experience 5 stars even though I discovered later in the day that the spare and it's tools were simply placed in the trunk instead of reinstalled into the spare well. This was a frustrating discovery.

Fantastic customer service! We were on our way back to Omaha from Chicago and we had a tire issue around the Davenport area that could not be repaired. Unfortunately Eastern Iowa Tire did not have a tire that matched the tires on our vehicle. Ralph mentioned that the place across the street might have it and suggested I try there. Luckily they did have one but couldn't fix it for about 4 hours. I bought the tire and took it back across the street to Eastern Iowa Tire for installation and balancing. They has us back on the road in 20 minutes and the price was much less then I expected. Thanks to Ralph and the rest of the helpful staff for a very pleasant experience in a difficult situation. You guys really know how to serve the customer well! Thank you.

Had a flat on my dually. Called everywhere, no luck. It's approaching closing time. Called, they had plenty and promised to stay open until I was taken care of. They have a huge facility with tons of tires and equipment. Especially if you have big trucks or trailers, this is the place.

I had a slow bead leak on a tire and needed a fix. Reviews looked good so I decided to give these guys a shot. They were friendly and professional, and also found another bead leak on the adjacent tire that I was unaware of. Glad they caught it for me because I’m heading on a road trip this weekend, and that could have ended up badly. They fixed me right up and had me on my way. I’ll be coming back to them again.

Been going to Eastern Iowa Tire for 8 years now. Never a bad experience until this week. I dropped my truck off Tuesday, they said they would get me right in. I called to check on it Thursday morning, was told to would be ready by 5PM. Had a coworker drop me off after work. They hadn't even started it! Had to call and get a ride home. When it was done on Friday evening they quoted me a price $100 more than the price they gave me on the phone. I am done with them and finding a new shop. They have a new shop manager.

When I arrived two drop off the two truck tires, one that needed a new tire and the other that needed a new rim and tire, they were able to help me out immediately and told me they'll have them both done come Monday. These guys especially Robert and the staff made me feel like family. They did a excellent job replacing the rear end axle on my truck during the recent snow storm that hit Iowa..As a seasoned Long Hauler trucker repairs are very costly on both company and personal vehicles. I saved about $1;;500 with Eastern and to my surprise most commercial repair shops theres usually about a 2 or 3 week reservation neccessary, but these guys rock. Most definitely I highly recommended Eastern for their quality service and very competitive prices. Thanks Eastern!"

I can't express how friendly, honest, and down to earth all these guys are. It's hard to find a decent, hard-working tire shop that isn't not always focused on money and upselling, but this shop is a breath of fresh air. They have a large amount of tire sizes in stock and aren't afraid to stay late to make sure all customers are help and satisfied. I myself as a hotshot car hauler, run into problems with places not having my size of trailer tires. But these guys make it it priority to always my size tire in stock with enough to go around. Wish I had come here for my front end alignment on my Thor Citation Sprinter RV. I went to "Jack's" instead and was over-charged by about 400%. Eastern quoted me $85.00 for the Sprinter alignment while I had already paid Jack's $418.00 for one! But I bought two new Firestone tires from Eastern and they were competitively priced and fast. In and out in about 40 minutes. The same amount of time that Jack's took to do a $418.00 front end alignment.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Brad or whoever is in charge of incidents was BEYOND rude. He immediately returned my call with attitude from the start. Something flew off one of their trucks and cracked my windshield on the highway after hours and it's "not their fault and they aren't going to do anything about it". I called as soon as it happened to report it. They got back to me today, and he pretty much called me the liar because his driver said he was following a dump truck and it flew off his tire, and I can't prove it was his truck that did it.

I was referred by a fellow RV while traveling cross country. Everyone was nice, had coils replaced, etc. 700 miles down the road and another service engine soon light. They never reconnected sensors which I had to pay Ford an additional $350 to do and lost two more days of travel. I have emailed twice with receipts and they ignore my partial refund request. This took place over 9/9/-9/10/2020
