Had a job done that required alignment of belts/pulleys after completion. No other persons adjusted anything after the job was completed. 3 months later we have a motor jumping and find the pulley off alignment. A month later we happen to spot check a second motor and it's pulley wasn't even tightened onto the shaft and was 3/8" off alignment. Janda reps looked and accepted the lack of tightened pulley but said that it wouldn't have caused any damages, and did not pay for the cost of alignment done by the motor rep. The main job was done very well. The details of closing the project up were not confirmed, resulting in a very costly issue for my employer...

I recently faced a major challenge when the blowers on two of our water heaters failed, leaving us with only one to run our business—a tough situation, to say the least. Not being very technical, I turned to Janda for help, and I couldn’t have made a better choice! From the moment I walked in, Nicole, the Office Manager, greeted me with kindness and professionalism. She is one of the nicest and most polite people I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Without hesitation, she brought in Bob, the service manager, who immediately assessed my motors despite his busy schedule. Bob’s expertise and willingness to go the extra mile were truly remarkable. While both motors were beyond repair and needed replacement, he still worked on one to help me out as much as possible. The level of service and genuine care they provide is rare in any industry. Janda has earned my trust, and I won’t take my motor work anywhere else. Exceptional service, outstanding people—keep up the fantastic work!
