Had a great experience with Tucker! It was my first time going to a dealership on my own and it was so positive that I hope I buy my future cars from them. My parents bought their car from Kyle at Kimberly exactly one year before I went and also had a great experience. When they found the car I was looking for online at this dealership, they were sure it was a good deal and I’d be fine viewing the car on my own. I ended up leaving with it and I’m obsessed. It is a great car and I’m happy with the price. Tucker wasn’t pushy or overwhelming like car salesman can be sometimes. He was calm and listened to me. Also, whoever does their financing (I forgot his name) was very knowledgeable and helped clarify everything I was paying for and signing for. Overall, great experience and I’d recommend Kimberly and Tucker to anyone.

I had to take my pick-up truck in yesterday (the day before Thanksgiving) to Kimberly Car City in Davenport for a broken license plate light. I only had a single day which I could take the truck in and had an appointment at 10:00 am. The Service Department was a beehive of activity with it being before a holiday weekend and a winter storm coming through. Yet the staff at Kimberly Car City was pleasant, efficient and took care of me as if I were the only customer in the shop that day. Kudos to Jennifer Moses and her crew! I was in and out in less than two hours and they even covered the repair under warranty. The customer service was outstanding and greatly appreciated. You have a customer here for life!

I contacted this dealership about a vehicle listing and was upfront about my situation before moving forward. After initially being polite, the representative’s attitude completely changed once he realized I would not qualify through traditional financing. The conversation became dismissive and unprofessional, and I felt spoken to with very little respect. While I appreciate honesty, there is a respectful way to communicate with customers — and this was not it. Thankfully my credit was not run, but the experience left me disappointed and uncomfortable. I believe customers should be treated with professionalism regardless of their financial situation. I would not recommend this dealership based on how I was treated.
