THERE OF PLENTY OF BETTER QUICK OIL CHANGE PLACES IN THE QC, DO NOT GO HERE. My most recent experience at the Jiffy Lube on Elmore is the last straw. They’re consistently rude and don’t provide quality service. I was asked if I wanted to buy a new cabin air filter, which I denied, and the salesmen Bryan H. made rude comments about how I don’t take care of my vehicle which is not true! This time they maliciously put a strap in my air filter compartment which made a loud rattling noise when I turned my AC on. I was able to find it before it caused damage luckily but this sort of behavior is childish and unacceptable. Just because someone doesn’t want to buy air filters at an oil change place doesn’t mean you should try to retaliate. I would highly recommend you take your car elsewhere before they try to break something on your vehicle too.

Last time I went there they put me in bay three because my car was too low this time they made go through bay 2 and my car hit and when I told the tech my car hit he didn’t care, I wouldn’t go here they are rude and unprofessional!! If my car does any crazy symptoms in the next couple of days I’ts going to be on them!!!

I stopped in to get the oil change and they raised the price and didn't let me know and They charged me $51 for a Air filter for the cab and I could have got it for 1999 at an auto parts store I will not go back to this establishment and you lost a loyal customer, I'll take my 4 vehicles to someplace else to have it change from now on. Zero stars.

I don’t usually take the time to write a review but this is the worst customer care experience I have ever had. It started out fine. I pulled in around 8:20 in the morning. There were no other cars in line so there wasn’t a wait. I put my car in park outside the bay closest to the office. I went and sat in my office while they pulled my car into the bay. I had just gotten comfortable sitting in my chair when I heard a loud bang that shook the windows. That’s when I saw that the employee smacked my door on the window between the shop and the office. He then looked at me like a deer in the head lights turned around and said nothing. The manager popped in said I needed full synthetic and it’s 109.99. and if I could still pay for that. When he came back in to ring me up I mentioned to him about the dent in my door. He immediately got confrontational but said I see the dent. Went out and we took a look. Opened the door and the dent was maybe an inch above where it would have been hit. That’s when I got written off. We measured the spot with no one in the vehicle either. He just made me out to be a liar. They dented my door and wanted to cover it up and made absolutely no attempt to reconcile the situation. I will never be back again due to the unprofessionalism I received this morning.

Went here 3x to get an oil change. 1st time went fine, but the last two did not. After getting the 2nd oil change done, my oil light went off after a month and my dipstick had zero oil on it. Happened again the 3rd time after a month and decided to bring it into an actual autoshop and have had no issues since. I even paid for the top tier oil change they offered too. BS practices and almost ruined my engine.

Great place to get oil change, but make sure you check your receipt before leaving. They charged me for something they said would be free and said the coupon code was what made it free. The coupon code should be applied at the end after items that were given free are taken off the charged bill

Went to this location and asked for a oil change. Was super annoyed with up sale attempts. I am a mechanicby trade, but I was in a hurry to leave town so for the first and only time I came here. My vehicle is a 2015 Honda CRV that had 87000ish miles. Long story short, not long after when I was coming back from my trip to upper Wisconsin my engine locked up. Totalled. Had to get a used one put in at decent expense. Oil was black, and while I cant remember the exact oil filter I put on it previous oil change, couldn't be sure if it was ever really changed. Im not even so sure the correct oil 0W20 was used. NEVER AGAIN!

I was charged for it and they said the coupon was taken that filter off. Coupons should be applied at the end of the transaction, after items are taken off. After a brief argument, they refunded me the money
