Took a dirt bike tire to them to have the rubber changed.. tires in hand not on bike. Lady said they don't have the proper tools to change a tire with rim locks , while pointing at the valve stem !! The rim has no rim locks!! She was pointing at the valve stem!! Sorry but if the person representing your shop doesn't know where the air gets put In the tire i wouldnt let u work on my lawn mower!

I was traveling through Iowa my front forks starting leaking fluid, the local Harley shop recommended Thunder Road because I ride a 1989 Softail. Not only did Tim fix the forks but went beyond, replaced headlight screws , adjusted carburetor and timing and replaced a burnt out front blinker bulb. I am a very happy Harley Girl. A big thanks to Tim and Missy!! And yes your soft straps will be shipped to you shortly.

Big surprise in a little package. Checked this place out on a whim shortly after purchasing a 2001 Heritage (Janis). Needed a lot of maintenance work and other items. The shop is somewhat small, but don't let that fool you. As soon as I walked in, Tim came right up to say hello and introduced himself. Explained the situation with the bike, he made suggestions, we discussed what I wanted and I set an appointment. Missy handled the logistics of ordering all the parts needed. New tires, all oils changed, poly riser bushings, spark plugs and a new air cleaner were done. Took it back a couple weeks ago for some upgrades based on Missy and Harley's suggestions. They knocked out out of the park. Planning more upgrades soon and wouldn't take Janis anywhere else in the QC area for work. TIm, Missy, Chuck and Harley are awesome people, passionate about bikes and provide great service and value. Don't forget to say hello to Chevy and also get you a handful of Reese's Pieces while your there!!!

This place is great. I've been twice for random parts and both times had them in stock. Wheel bearing shims for a 1983 XLX and an ignition module on a 2002 XLH. Amazing. Also, the owner and mechanic has both times been willing to talk shop with me about my motorcycle issues and offer advice. Amazing. Always nice people. The lady at the counter is awesome and the dog rocks too. Love it. Thank you thunder road.

There's no place else I'll take my bike. I Was ROYALLY screwed over by McGrath Harley Davidson and I'll NEVER spend another dime in their store. So Thunder Road Cycles is the place. Especially for work on older bikes and EVO MOTORS. TIM AND MISSY ARE FANTASTIC!! and if you know the place, you know all about Chevy😊 I have a 96 Road King in their care currently. Thankx Thunder Road!! Much Respect ✌🏽 Harley💋

2011 Road King. Bought 5 years ago with 30k miles, has 60k now. Moved into area last year. Looked for independent shop, found Thunder Road. Had the bike in for various reasons over the year, most recently cause she just wasn’t running right. They have always done good work, but this time they out did themselves. Tracked down a few issues and have the bike running better than ever has since I bought it. She just purrs. Missy, Tim and the crew are just awesome!

Tim has been my go to wrench for my glide needs. No one gets close to being the MAN then Tim. Then the Boss Missy makes sure its done fast and keeps the line moving for the next. Its one stop for fast right service and repair.
