As always they do not disappoint. The oil change is priced fairly and in a fair time. They check multiple areas on the engine, exhaust, drive train and bearing and breaks. I have a Class C and they give me a peace of mind on my travels. Plus they are just good people. They dud an alignment for me when we first bought the camper. It did wonders for driveabity.

I do not recommend anyone to go to this shop. These people just try to use you for your money. I took my car here to get a wheel alignment. They charge me $84 for something that they did not do but I took it to another place and they done it But this place was trying to tell me that I needed so much done to my car. That’s why they did not do my alignment But charge me for a but charge me for it and that’s why they charge me $84 for some work. They did not do. I do not recommend them to no one because they just trying to get you for your money.

Great experience. The shop came recommended and it was a great one. Super convenient to drop-off early if needed like I did. They also didn’t try to get me to go for extra, unnecessary services. I came in for an oil change, but also told him my brakes have been squeaky and wanted him to take a look since I’d had them serviced only a couple months earlier at a different shop. Jack’s told me there was nothing wrong when they probably could’ve convinced me I needed more work done. I’ll definitely be going back!

I went in because I had a service message for the 4 wheel drive. Unfortunately they claimed I had 2 bad batteries when I had purchased the Titanium batteries from Farm & Fleet and had to pay $176 diagnostic and run to Farm & Fleet because they were purchased 01/2024. Had to go to the Clinton Store as Davenport claimed to be to busy. Clinton said there is nothing wrong with my batteries. NOTHING.

I had an appointment for 1pm which I made a few days in advance. When I arrived, they did not have the correct filter. I had to wait 30 mins for them to run across town to get one. I rated them 1 star because of a lack of professionalism. A professional would prepare for an appointment before the appointment started. Not after.

I took my RV to Jacks Brake and Alignment because I had a popping noise coming from the right front side. The RV is a 2019 and had 11,500 miles at the time. I was told that it needed a complete brake job, including rotors, shocks and a king pin, part of the front suspension. The estimate was $9500.00. As you can imagine, I was shocked at the total, but really had no choice. I was neither an expert in RV brakes or suspension and had to trust the experts, even thought I thought is was way low miles for any of these repairs. I picked up the RV when the repairs were done and as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, I heard the same noise! I immediately called them back and told them of the issue. Upon return and a ride with a technician, they again looked at the RV. They said that they could use a crow bar and immolate the sound by pushing on the sway bar and said that this was the issue. They ordered a new sway bar $875.00 and installed. After installation they called and said the noise is still there. They claim it is a rivet on the frame that is going bad and it's just not bad enough to find the issue. If this wasn't bad enough, the customer service was terrible as well. I was waiting to be helped and the service writer was still looking at his computer and was talking to me, like I was supposed to know to listen to him without making eye contact. On my last visit, I told them that I was there to pick up my RV and the same guy had the nerve to ask me my name after all these calls and discussions. Mr., $10,500, that's who! So, here I sit with the same issue, a bunch of parts replaced that didn't need to be replaced and out $10,500 Caveat emptor....Let the Buyer beware!

To say I brought my car in so frustrated. This was the 3 shop I brought my car too. The others said there was no issue and they couldnt explain the sounds. Dropped my car off and with in 2 hours I got call identifying the issue. The repairs were way more than I originally planned but what in life isnt? They offered options in which to repair the immediate issues or alternative methods such as snap. They had my car ready by the end of the day and driving the best it has since I bought it. The guys in the front were matter of fact, but I went for repairs and not to braid each others hair. Would for sure recommend!

My back brakes were completely shot. Nick & Kevin were so patient & helpful in assisting with all of my questions & concerns (I had plenty). The final cost was significantly lower than the price they quoted me at. I was loaned a cute little red Vibe to drive around while they worked on my vehicle, which was completed in less than 3 hrs.
