This company is terrible. They took unauthorized payments out of my checking account and will not refund me. I sent my unit back and they continued to bill me for the unit for several months. Awful customer service and they got an attitude when I said I need to speak to their boss.

Sales is sales, but when sales reps just spew out false facts and corner you into jumping into agreements you're not comfortable with they're not doing their job of putting customers first. If you are new to this service and you get a sales rep named Clayton, hang up. He has a temper, corners you, and will yell at you when you make simple mistakes. He forces his sales tactics on you and when you ask him to just help instead of spewing sales, his fragile ego breaks. Worst customer service I've experienced ever.

I hate the intoxalock device. I have found it extremely difficult to operate and have had problems with false positives because it requires you to do a complicated series of blows that must be executed PRECISELY as the gadget requires. That being said, the installer that I spoke to when it was installed was friendly and patient with me as I unsuccessfully tried to master this technology. I fear that I will have much trouble trying to deal with this thing because regardless of consumption of alcohol it is so difficult to satisfy this contraption.

They messed something up in my vehicle but they finally agreed to look at it like a week or 2 later instead of right away after they keeped arguing they didn’t do nothing but when I got it back n said something to them when I picked it up they tried to say the dash lights was on but my horn head lights n alarm n other safety functions wasn’t working when o picked it up n then when they ti finally fixed it after they said they didn’t do nothing everything was back to normal after they fixed it but they didn’t do nothing that make no sense to me

We do not have this on our car anymore. We have contacted you twice to advise you and as we're done explaining you hang up on us. This was not a court order by the legal system. Not happy at all.. the ignition now sticks sometimes it will crank most the time it won't. I'm in Princeton Iowa will cost me 30 just to get back there providing I can even get it running

This device is a scam. They charge you for this device to be installed just for it to mess your car battery up, cause car trouble, cause more maintenance to be done to the vehicle, cause you to pay more money for compatible battery just for the device to work in the vehicle properly! TOTAL SCAM
