I really am happy about the care and time they invested on my damaged vehicle that I brought in, once the work was done, it was just as new again. This is the second time I bring in my vehicle for a new service since I was amazed and completely satisfied with my first work order. After my second order I once more content with the their work. My car is running smoothly and it looks just as new again. Highly recommended it.

Poor quality of work, irresponsible estimator, unfair price, poor customer service. Had to go back multiple time because the poor quality of work. Did not fixed the rim as I told them too, estimator took it off without confirmation with me. Had to call multiple times because the guy never called back to update me. The camera wasn’t checked before I took back my car had to go back and fix it. If you don’t to waste ur valuable time do not go here, there’s cheaper and better place to go!! Update just found out they messed up the garage button

Beginning experience was efficient. Pickup experience was very disappointing after I received a call that my vehicle would be ready by 4 pm and I got there at 4:45 and still had to wait another hour for it to be ready. I hurried to be there on time and then still had t to wait.

Service was decent, but communication was poor. During the initial inspection, the advisor pointed out several issues and said they’d quote on them. I received quote and paid a fair price for what was described initially. However, after payment and drop-off, I was told only two minor items were included—not the major damage—and that the main repair would still proceed. When I picked up the car (after inaccurate/ last-minute “ready” times), the main issue wasn’t fully fixed (they later said another part was needed, without prior notice), and one other repair left visible scratches. Bottom line: Be more upfront about what’s actually covered, repair limitations, and any additional work needed—don’t surprise customers after they’ve paid and the car is supposedly done.
