Took my truck for service but nothing was done to it had to contact a different dealership and told them what happened and they were surprised of what happened in this dealership really bad service techs aren't trained or they aren't trained properly on their job they want something easy they can fix like an oil change or something they can manage

Miguel in the Service Dept deserves a raise! 5/5 Stars! We were visiting the Valley from out of town and during this Texas heat, the A/C on our SUV decided to stop working mid trip. We stopped by on Monday morning without an appointment hoping for a miracle and Miguel took us in and couldn’t guarantee a timeframe but would try his best. Days later we get a call that the A/C is fixed and the SUV is ready to go. Something that could have really dampened our visit to the Valley was saved by Miguel and the Service Dept at Tipotex Chevrolet! If you need your Chevy worked on, I would definitely recommend Tipotex Chevrolet!
