Currently can’t say they been responsive with our car repair. We are going through an insurance claim which we understand they may be some delays in response and parts on order however; our customer representative has been such a disappointment. We been promised several (3) completion dates and none have been as said. First car parts didn’t come in. (Which was expected) 2nd time car calibration was not completed. 3rd date final inspection was not completed. Customer representative will tell us car will be ready at end of work day and will literally call us 1hr before closing to tell us the car isn’t ready. We have plans as we both work different schedules and try to accommodate the times they given us. We have spent hundreds in rental extensions due to the lack of communication and honesty. Truly a dissatisfying experience so far. Car is currently in final inspection ; we will update this review upon final pick up

This is the second time I have used car star for a repair on my vehicle. I was so impressed by my first experience that I chose to use car star again. My car was returned to me an immaculate condition. Even the tires were shined! They are very easy to work for and are very fair with their pricing. CARSTAR did a great job on my X5 reconditioning the front end. The guys took everything apart and reassembled properly. My biggest kudos is to the painter who did a great job matching and spraying 17 year old paint. The booth is well maintained as no dust specks and clear was well matched. I must admit that I was not happy when I went to CARSTAR. I was rude and owe them an apology. However within 24 hours my insurance company had been notified of all damages and charges.
