Sweet Jesus, Iβve saved for years to be able to purchase my dream vehicles my Suburban and I did back in 2022 so when my vehicles was in an accident not once but twice within 3 month span π€¦π½ββοΈπ€¦π½ββοΈ. But as I do have always done took my vehicles to Reeder for Service and Repair work. I have yet to be disappointed. Their service is top notch!!! I have had my car repaired twice at Reeder collision center. The back of my Blazer was hit by a big pick up truck a hit-and-run and Reeder successfully negotiated with my insurance company to get my Blazer fixed correctly. Recently I was hit in the front of my car and thankfully I was able to get their insurance company to pay for it and again Reeder collision center did an outstanding job repairing my Blazer.

I took my 2018 Chevrolet Impala there for front end damage due to a hit and run for the second time this year, the first time they did an amazing job, but the 2nd time, the work was not that good, the hood has a small split on it that was not there before, the left fender has a split in the paint, the upper grille is not flush on the left front, the abs light is on which was not before, the young man basically called me a liar when I confronted him about it and there's more, I'm really not satisfied with the subpar quality of the work that you would expect from a gold star Chevrolet dealership, if there was ever another accident, I pray not, I will be taking My business elsewhere......

Unprofessional and value relationship with insurance more than customer. Iβd find another shop. First two pics are the additional damage found and the third is where the impact occurred. Given an evaluation on additional damage that it was not part of the incident, thus not covered on insurance and ultimately cost me an additional $800 out of my own pocket. I presented: 1. A clean carfax that shows this vehicle had not been involved in any incidents (this was the first). 2. The additional damage (impact bar beneath bumper) was damaged in the precise location that I hit another car. 3.the bumper sat flush before this incident. The reason I had to have the impact bar replaced was because it was causing the bumper to not sit flush on the car. All this evidence was presented to Carstar and they still made the recommendation to insurance that the damage was not part of the incident. I was assured that carstar was not making the determination on if it was part of the incident or not β they said the insurance company was. But when I called State Farm they had in their notes that carstar determined it wasnβt part of the incident β ultimately leaving me in an undefendable spot with the insurance company. I was met with condescension and apathy throughout this entire process when I expressed the above facts and ultimately had a terrible customer experience. I will never go to a carstar collision center again for a repair and I will advise others online and through word of mouth to do the same.

CARSTAR did a great job on my car. They turned a really bad situation into a good one. My car was hit pretty bad in an accident. The very first accident I ever had and I was hit out of nowhere by another vehicle that ran a red light for not paying attention. I actually left the scene in an ambulance as I had a concussion and whiplash. They stepped in and made my car look so good and it runs great as well. They worked extremely hard to get it back the way it was before the accident. I can't thank you all enough for everything. May God bless you all in mighty big ways.

The worst experience Iβve ever had at a body shop. I would rather go to a technical school and learn this trade than take my vehicle back here. Delay after delay, always blaming the insurance adjuster and never taking accountability for their technicians dragging their feet and filing additional supplement after supplement. Zero updates on the status throughout the process. Then after 7 weeks I pick it up and notice they didnβt replace an item that was supposed to be done so it had to go back. It was also filthy even though they said it had gone to detail. Go elsewhere, learn from my mistakes.

Every employee was personable, and they did a solid job on my car. 3 Stars because (1) my headlights are out of alignment post repair and (2) my ready date was changed four times none of which their office communicated to me first. I had to call multiple days in a row to be told my repair will be finished βtomorrowβ each time. Repair delays are totally normal, but they couldβve communicated better :)

Please don't go to carstar it took them 8 months to finally fix my car under a insurance claim. They didn't get any parts for the car I had to because "its to hard to find parts for it" all i needed was 2 new headlights and a headlight ballast. It took them months to finish it because in December they fired most of the people working there and the lady at the front desk admitted to the fact that everyone forgot my car was even there for a few months. I have just gotten the car back after dropping it off in September of 2025 and they still wouldn't give it back to me unless i gave them $4,700 because apparently the insurance had not paid them yet even though multiple times they told me "insurance has already paid for this or that" but i guess they never did. What sucks the most is I gave them $1,100 of my own money to get a new headlight just so one wouldn't be yellow and one look brand new but they ended up never getting that headlight because I supplied all the parts for the car so i ended up never getting that money back and they said they wouldn't give me it back either. The paint guy also took months to paint my front bumper and we agreed to the fact that they would repaint the whole car and I would pay for everything but the bumper but now they said they couldn't do it because its "to much of a liability". Overall I would personally say please avoid this place like the plague its was overall just horrible management and horrible workers.

I would give zero stars if I could. Carstar is the absolute worst body shop I have ever dealt with! Took them 2 weeks to do an estimate on repair costs for my vehicle. Terrible communication & rude. Do not recommend. 2 thumbs down. Manager just as bad! RUN!

They did fix it, but the quality of work is awful. My front bumper was crushed. They replaced it and the grill too but the body lines do not match up at all. One side of the hood has a massive gap One side of the grill has a massive gap and there are scratches on the new parts very disappointed in the work because they say that they do good work but in reality they donβt I definitely would not recommend this place they told me numerous times when I called that they were waiting for quality check, but itβs clear that quality did not check their work

CARSTAR did a fantastic job. First time needing body work. Desk team was kind, efficient, explained things thoroughly. Body work people were experts, repairing my truck as if nothing had happened. And they even cleaned inside and out, which was a feat in itself considering it's a dogmobile, very, very hairy. I highly recommend CARSTAR for body work.

The work was done and looks good. I had brought it in mid November to have it looked at and get a quote. They went ahead and started ordering the parts unfortunately for me brought it in in December during the holidays originally the estimated it to be done the day after Christmas, then that got pushed back to January 6. I was able to pick it up on the Jan 9th. I did have to contact them to keep myself updated on when the car would be finished. That is may be. The only complaint I have in the car was a little dirty on the inside from the work they performed. But the probably were like letβs get this man his car heβs called 3x. The lady in the front office was nice all the employees were nice just a busy place so that tells you they do good work!
