Staff are friendly and helpful. However, trying to obtain someone to answer the phone in the service department, takes the act of congress to get a hold of someone. No place or no one is perfect. So I will give the dealership an "E" for effort. We are still working out an issue with our car. The manager is Hudson and he seems very helpful. Will update with results. Finally, any news car buyers. Please read over your documents carefully before signing. I can not stress that enough.

They stand by their name the “Nice Guys”. Eddie was the one who helped me out first. He took me step by step on what would happen. Paul was the associate who explained the process step by step regarding my vehicle. I live out of town, so having a team of people keep everything transparent and clear, and get my car back up and running, was comforting. Paul Duran was the service advisor. He got me in on very short notice and was able to get it fixed. He was excellent in facilitating me getting in and getting it done. It was a solenoid for the brake lights, Electrical part, (Switch) and would not allow the car to come out of park. Similar to a neutral safety switch. They completed it in about an hour. Excellent service. Completely satisfied amd Paul was awesome.

Horrible, 2 times for service and the 2 times they damaged my vehicles, on the 1st one they said it was just not them and on the 2nd i took pictures before dropping off the car and they said yes they would fix it but said to call them 1 day later and from there week after week they would transfer me to the person who did my service but he knew it was me so he never answered or supposedly he was always busy, i know he didn't want to get in trouble but they still gotta respond for their actions, so i just stop making my services here! Would recommend you go somewhere else.
