The women working at the time, was very unprofessional, made it seem as if i was bothering her. Was not informative about most the cars on the lot, only gave one word answers or i dont know, to most questions.

I could not be more happy with A Plus Auto Mart here in El Paso. I am a State Farm Agent and I referred one of my customers to them and they did a fantastic job for them. Mike, the owner, bent over backwards to accommodate this hail damaged vehicle and it's owner. You will not regret doing business with these people!

I had a tune up and oil change to my car, within two weeks my oil blow causing my car to overheat with a hole in the motor. I did some research and mechanic quotes on what happen and resolution. Auto Mart didn't work with me because I start to ask to many questions about my car but by me not knowing about cars or etc, auto Mart overpriced me on getting it fixed and told me it's my fault and it was nothing they can do to help me out.

I loathe car repairs. They seldom go as planned. My front slip plate became dislodged and was dragging underneath my car. I headed to A+ on the recommendation of some friends. I arrived as they were opening. I figured I would need to leave my car a few days, arrange for rides/Uber, unpack needed items from my car and experience the general inconveniences associated with body work. NOT THE CASE! Ray was gracious, professional and helpful. He squeezed me in immediately. Jacked the car up right where I parked it. He got underneath and instantly made the repairs while I stood there dumbfounded. I've never experienced such prompt and excellent customer service associated with car repairs. THANK YOU A+!!

I've come twice now and had an amazing experience both times! I've never found anyone who is as honest as Mike. The first time I came, it was at the recommendation of a friend from church after I had gotten a $3500 quote from a local shop after I had been hearing some different noises coming from my SUV. When I pulled up, I was immediately going to drive away (because it really doesn't LOOK like the type of place I would go to), but as I was pulling back out, out walked this guy, who I just instinctually had a good feeling about. (Mike) so I stayed; he took my car for a drive and told me some things to keep and eye out for over then next few months, but said that we were good to go. No money spent. I got a follow up with my brother in law (in another state) later who confirmed the same thing Mike had told me. Then this week I brought my truck in, and not only was the service extremely fast, he was very forthcoming with the costs of everything and came in 30% under any competitors price AND then he still went above and beyond my expectations. I will tell everyone I know to come here and talk to Mike!!

In getting things done at this place, make sure you get description of what you want done in writing. There are only to employees working, one is suppose to be doing body and paint on vehicles and the other does mechanic work. I didn't see any certificates of any of the two being certified. The owner needs management schooling. Does not complete estmates given in writing and if you say "you never mentioned that", his response is "well, you didn't ask". The job on my truck should have taken, tops seven days because of no body work. They work only 5 days a week and it took a total of 13 working days and me being without transportation for 2 1/2 weeks. Reason? The painter is taken off job he is doing and told to do something else. My truck needed sanding, tape and paint, no body work. Even though owner apologized for accusing me of harassment, when all I was doing was checking on progress of work done, it didn't seem sincere. I highly recommend the two employees, but they only do what they are told and their recommendations are not considered. I would and will not recommend this place to anyone. As they say, "you get what you pay for". But that is for job and material, not the abusive nature.

The owner, Mike, gave me a quote and ETA for my car to be fixed. It ended up costing half of what he quoted and it was done in half the amount of time. First time EVER a mechanic has fixed my car cheaper and quicker than what he quoted. I'll be back!

I though this place was a good one in base of the reviews but the reviews are wrong. My husband took his car to get painted, after they painted the car we went to pick up the car so my husband inspected the car and the following mistakes were found: 1. They didn't correct the chips in the car 2. Faded paint in different areas of the car The owner told my husband that the paint was just a basic paint but he never said that went we took the car there. After they supposed to fixed, my husband took the car home and find the following problems: 1. Right side Headlight scratched 2. Right side rear fender paint drooping 3. Polish car was just all wrong 4. Right side windows scratch 5. Black rims not cover and painted silver in some areas 6. Tires painted in some areas I do not recommend this place to any body who love his cars.

Loved the service, the price and their help!! I had an accident and the front of my car was basically gone... So my insurance company gave me a check & I had to pay the deductible so I was worried about it. But mike the owner of the shop took his time and explained everything to me. That really helped me relax and I felt better. I got my car back sooner than it was promised and received it looking great. He didn’t even charge me the deductible. What great service!!

I feel I was taken advantage of, my check engine light wasn't on when I pulled up but while I was waiting the older guy said it was on and I could pay a $100 to pass my inspection. He said it was my O2 censor but the crazy thing is I had that fixed a week before I went to his shop.

I paid $3,200 to this body shop and this was the end result. paint color did not match and my vehicle was left dirty my side view mirrors stopped working. One of my head lights is out so basically I was ripped off. Would not recommend this shop to no one
